基礎(chǔ)教育階段教師素養(yǎng)自我評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究

【摘要】:構(gòu)建科學(xué)的教師素養(yǎng)自我評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)教師自我改進(jìn)具有重要作用;贏HP法,結(jié)合教師素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵和關(guān)鍵要素,對(duì)基礎(chǔ)教育階段教師素養(yǎng)影響因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整合,構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。該指標(biāo)體系以基礎(chǔ)教育階段教師素養(yǎng)為目標(biāo)層,以基礎(chǔ)素養(yǎng)、專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、綜合型素養(yǎng)為核心要素層,以20個(gè)支撐指標(biāo)為要素層構(gòu)成。確定了各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,且利用加權(quán)求和思維嘗試性地測(cè)試了基礎(chǔ)教育階段教師素養(yǎng)自我評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The construction of scientific teacher literacy self-evaluation index system plays an important role in teachers' self-improvement. Based on AHP method, combined with the connotation and key elements of teachers' literacy, this paper systematically integrates the influencing factors of teachers' literacy in the stage of basic education, and constructs the evaluation index system. The index system takes teachers' literacy in the stage of basic education as the target layer, basic literacy, professional literacy and comprehensive literacy as the core element layer, and 20 supporting indicators as the element layer. The weight of each index is determined, and the self-evaluation of teachers' literacy in the stage of basic education is tested by using weighted summation thinking.
