初中生英語學習動機的性別差異與其成績的關聯(lián)性研究

在眾多學習因素中,學習動機對學生的英語學習起至關重要的作用。作為一名中學英語教師,筆者在教學一線發(fā)現(xiàn),有些學生尤其是男生常因對英語學習不感興趣而學不好英語。假如成績與動機相關,初中男女學生在學習動機類型和動機強度上究竟有何區(qū)別?如何激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)不同性別學生（尤其是男生）的英語學習動機?此類問題亟待一線教師們去研究和解決�；诙Z習得理論和Gardner的學習動機量表,結合初中生英語學習的實際情況,作者就此進行了一次實證研究,對大連開發(fā)區(qū)第九中學三個年級144名學生進行了問卷調查,并對18人進行了訪談。研究圍繞兩個核心問題:（1）初中生的英語學習動機在類型和強度上是否存在性別差異?（2）初中生英語學習動機的性別差異與學習成績之間是否存在關聯(lián)性?如果存在,具體體現(xiàn)在哪些方面?實驗始于2015年1月15日。當日作者就學生的學習動機類型、強度方面進行了問卷調查,采集了男女學生學習動機的相關數(shù)據(jù)。為增加問卷的有效性和可信度,作者于2015年1月19日對18名學生進行了抽樣訪談。隨后對數(shù)據(jù)進行了整理,并通過SPSS 20.0對獲取的數(shù)據(jù)進行了差異歸納和分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):初中生的英語學習動機在動機類型和...
