【摘要】：目的:了解我院心腦血管疾病處方中國(guó)家基本藥物的使用情況,進(jìn)一步深入貫徹執(zhí)行國(guó)家基本藥物制度。方法:統(tǒng)計(jì)分析我院2013年心腦血管疾病處方中國(guó)家基本藥物的配備、使用情況,并對(duì)無(wú)正當(dāng)理由不首選國(guó)家基本藥物的處方進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:我院2013年心腦血管疾病處方累計(jì)使用藥品294 269條,藥品總金額為2 725.67萬(wàn)元,其中累計(jì)使用國(guó)家基本藥物148 927條(50.61%),金額為1 112.86萬(wàn)元(40.83%);心腦血管類藥物使用頻度排前3位的是卡托普利、硝酸異山梨酯和多烯康;無(wú)正當(dāng)理由不首選國(guó)家基本藥物的處方占31.89%,處方累計(jì)使用藥品中無(wú)正當(dāng)理由不首選國(guó)家基本藥物的占23.23%;不首選國(guó)家基本藥物的主要原因?yàn)閯┬突蚱贩N配備不適宜,占43.50%。結(jié)論:我院心腦血管疾病處方中國(guó)家基本藥物使用率偏低,并且存在無(wú)正當(dāng)理由不首選國(guó)家基本藥物等不合理用藥情況。醫(yī)院應(yīng)采取有效的干預(yù)措施,以提高國(guó)家基本藥物的使用率,進(jìn)一步貫徹執(zhí)行國(guó)家基本藥物制度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the use of essential drugs in the prescriptions of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital and to carry out the national essential drug system. Methods: the national essential drugs in the prescriptions of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital in 2013 were analyzed statistically. Results: a total of 294,269 prescriptions for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were used in our hospital in 2013, with a total amount of 27.2567 million yuan. Among them, 148,927 pieces of national essential drugs were used with a sum of 11.1286 million yuan or 40.83 yuan, captopril, isosorbide nitrate and dodecane were among the top three in the use frequency of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs. The prescriptions of national essential drugs without proper reasons were 31.89, the proportion of prescriptions that did not choose national essential drugs without proper reasons accounted for 23.23, and the main reasons of non-selection of national essential drugs were that the dosage form or variety was not suitable, accounting for 43.50%. Conclusion: the utilization rate of essential drugs in our hospital is low, and there is unreasonable use of national essential drugs without proper reasons. Hospitals should take effective intervention measures to improve the utilization rate of national essential drugs and implement the national essential drug system.
