從分裂到整合：《金色筆記》中安娜的心理分析解讀

【摘要】：多麗絲·萊辛的代表作《金色筆記》自發(fā)表開始就因其獨樹一幟的結(jié)構(gòu)、復雜的情節(jié)和深刻的主題引起了人們的關(guān)注。小說中的女主人公安娜是個具有多種人格的人,她經(jīng)歷了瀕臨崩潰的精神危機,最后成功地實現(xiàn)了自我整合,開始了新生。小說由黑、紅、藍、黃、金色五本筆記本組成,黑、紅、藍、黃記錄了主人公安娜的經(jīng)歷、創(chuàng)作和精神狀態(tài),而以金色筆記為總結(jié)。五本筆記本穿插在一部中篇小說《自由女性》中。故事格局構(gòu)思巧妙、別具一格,給小說的理解帶來相當大的困難。本論文旨在從心理批評的角度解讀安娜從人格分裂到整合的過程。研究引用弗洛伊德的心理批評理論中的三重心理原則和對夢的解析以及榮格的個性化理論分析造成主人公安娜人格分裂的原因以及她實現(xiàn)自我整合的途徑,試著為理解小說的最重要的主題之一——人格的分裂與整合提供新的視角,也為有類似主題作品中的人物的心理解析提供參考。 論文的主體由三部分組成。第一部分分析安娜在扮演的幾個主要角色中的人格分裂現(xiàn)象,指出她正遭受嚴重的挫敗感：寫作上找不到秩序、政治上找不到出路、感情上找不到歸宿,這種挫敗感甚至使她產(chǎn)生了自殺的傾向。第二部分從外在原因和內(nèi)在原因兩個方面來探討造成安娜人格分裂的原因,指出當時四分五裂的世界格局和男性主宰社會的現(xiàn)實,以及安娜自身的完美傾向和二元對立的思維方式,疊加起來導致她錯綜復雜的精神狀況。第三部分重點討論安娜實現(xiàn)人格整合的途徑,分析他人的影響和她自身的努力在這個人格整合過程中發(fā)揮的不同作用。該論文在結(jié)論中提出：在一個四分五裂、動蕩不安的世界里,個人想尋求秩序和完美的事物是非常困難的；戰(zhàn)爭和運動造成了分裂的世界,分裂的世界則可能導致個體的分裂甚至滅亡；個體只有接受自己的不同面和社會的不同面,融入社會并與之妥協(xié),才能創(chuàng)造和諧的世界、實現(xiàn)完整的個體。
[Abstract]:Doris Lessing's masterpiece, the Golden Notebook, has attracted much attention since its unique structure, complex plot and profound theme. An Na, the heroine of the novel, is a person with multiple personalities. She experienced a mental crisis which was on the verge of collapse, and finally successfully realized self-integration and started a new life. The novel consists of five notebooks: black, red, blue, yellow and gold. Black, red, blue and yellow record An Na's experience, creation and mental state. Five notebooks are interspersed in a novella Free woman. The structure of the story is ingenious and unique, which brings great difficulties to the understanding of the novel. This thesis aims to interpret An Na's process from personality division to integration from the angle of psychological criticism. This paper studies the causes of the personality split of An Na, who is the hero of Freud's theory of psychological criticism, and the analysis of dreams and dreams, as well as the ways of her self-integration. This paper tries to provide a new angle of view for the understanding of one of the most important themes of the novel, namely, the division and integration of personality, and also provides a reference for the psychological analysis of the characters in the works with similar themes. The main body of the thesis consists of three parts. The first part analyzes the phenomenon of personality division in the main characters played by An Na, and points out that she is suffering from serious frustration: she can't find order in writing, can't find a way out in politics, and can't find a destination in emotion. The frustration even caused her to commit suicide. The second part discusses the causes of An Na's personality split from external reasons and internal reasons, and points out that the world pattern and the reality that men dominated the society at that time. As well as An Na's own perfect tendency and dual opposite way of thinking, superimposed lead to her complicated mental condition. The third part focuses on An Na's approach to personality integration, analyzes the influence of others and her own efforts to play different roles in the process of personality integration. In its conclusion, the paper argues that it is very difficult for individuals to seek order and perfect things in a world of fragmentation and instability, and that wars and movements have created a divided world. The split world may lead to the division or even extinction of the individual. Only by accepting the different aspects of one's own and different aspects of the society, integrating and compromises with the society, can one create a harmonious world and realize a complete individual.
