【摘要】：語言研究中歷來貫穿著任意性和理據(jù)性之爭。對漢語和英語基本結(jié)構(gòu)單位語音感知方式、音節(jié)組合方式以及音義關(guān)聯(lián)性的考察表明,任意性和理據(jù)性都是語言符號編碼最基本的組織原則,兩者對立地統(tǒng)一于語言符號編碼的實踐�？疾毂砻�,某些類型語言的編碼方式以理據(jù)性為主,任意性為輔;某些類型語言的編碼方式則相反;理據(jù)性和任意性起作用的方式和途徑會因語言類型的差異而有所差異。對任意性和理據(jù)性關(guān)系的重新認識對于語言研究尤其是語法研究來說具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The debate between arbitrariness and motivation has always run through language research. The investigation of the phonetic perception, syllable combination and phonological relevance of Chinese and English basic structural units shows that arbitrariness and motivation are the most basic organizing principles of language symbol coding. The two are opposite to each other in the practice of language symbol coding. The investigation shows that the encoding methods of some types of languages are mainly motivated, supplemented by arbitrariness, while the coding methods of some types of languages are opposite. The ways and means of motivation and arbitrariness will be different according to the differences of language types. Rethinking the relationship between arbitrariness and motivation is of great significance to linguistic studies, especially grammar studies.
