【摘要】：正本文所談的“寫作”不是單指文學(xué)創(chuàng)作,而是廣義上的寫文章,即指人類認(rèn)識(shí)世界、改造世界的一種實(shí)踐活動(dòng),是將思維成果外化為文字符號(hào)的能動(dòng)過(guò)程,是交流思想感情的一種手段。幾千年的世界教育發(fā)展史,經(jīng)歷了由知識(shí)型教育到智能型教育,再到素質(zhì)教育的過(guò)程�？茖W(xué)家們斷言,21世紀(jì)將完全成為“財(cái)富源于人力資源”的時(shí)代。因此,素質(zhì)
