【摘要】：生態(tài)翻譯學作為一種新的研究范式為翻譯理論及實踐提供了全新的跨學科視角。而在生態(tài)翻譯學理論中“事后追懲”作為核心概念對翻譯的適應(yīng)與選擇,譯者水平的提高,譯作準確性的提升,翻譯市場環(huán)境的凈化都起到了重要的指導性作用。公文誤譯作為一種錯譯現(xiàn)象普遍存在于翻譯實踐中,但不同領(lǐng)域?qū)τ谡`譯處理的過程卻存在過失,并沒有很好的處理誤譯存在的不同因素對誤譯的影響,導致了錯誤因素的延續(xù),進一步影響了譯文質(zhì)量的提升。針對不同因素對公文誤譯的影響,本文以生態(tài)翻譯學為視角對公文誤譯歸因以及誤譯類型進行分析,總結(jié)出導致誤譯的因素,通過案例分析法對“誤譯責任追懲”中所有參與要素進行追懲,在追懲的過程中,對參與誤譯的每一個環(huán)節(jié)進行分析、總結(jié),最終制定出“誤譯責任追懲機制”。按照以上文本邏輯,本文分別從生態(tài)翻譯學的理論介紹,公文誤譯因素的剖析,公文誤譯的類型的解析,公文誤譯案例的分析,誤譯責任追懲機制的建立出發(fā),將文本分為三部分進行分析與總結(jié):第一部分:前言,主要介紹論文的研究背景和研究緣由,歸納“生態(tài)翻譯學”、“事后追懲”、誤譯的研究現(xiàn)狀和研究動態(tài),通過對研究方法的總結(jié),最后概括出論文的創(chuàng)新處。第二部分分為四個章節(jié)對生態(tài)翻譯學相關(guān)理論,公文誤譯因素與類型給予分析總結(jié),誤譯責任追懲與機制建立進行闡釋。第一章生態(tài)翻譯學相關(guān)理論介紹。主要介紹生態(tài)翻譯學,誤譯,“事后追懲”相關(guān)理論。第二章生態(tài)翻譯學視角下的公文誤譯因素分析。通過對主客體環(huán)境以及讀者和譯評人三個角度對公文誤譯的因素進行剖析。第三章公文誤譯類型分析。在這一章中分別從語言使用維度,文化移就維度,同感同效三個維度對公文誤譯類型進行分析。第四章誤譯責任追懲與機制建立。本章從政治、經(jīng)濟、文化藝術(shù)、軍事四個方面對公文誤譯的真實追懲案例進行分析,通過對追懲案例的總結(jié)制定出責任追懲機制。第三部分:結(jié)語,這一部分主要是對全文的回顧與總結(jié),討論了研究成果與意義,提出了創(chuàng)新點,并總結(jié)了論文的遺憾與不足。綜上所述,本文運用生態(tài)翻譯學的相關(guān)理論對公文誤譯因素與類型進行分析,進一步明確“責任追懲”對象,通過對公文誤譯的實際案例進行分析,從而推出建立“誤譯責任追懲機制”的必要性:(1)凈化翻譯市場環(huán)境,提升譯作質(zhì)量,提高譯者翻譯水平;(2)為“一帶一路”絲綢之路文化建設(shè)中新疆翻譯市場的規(guī)范化提供理論支撐。本文希望“誤譯責任追懲機制”有助于生態(tài)翻譯學理論的實踐運用,同時對生態(tài)翻譯學相關(guān)理論進行補充。
[Abstract]:As a new research paradigm, ecological translation provides a new interdisciplinary perspective for translation theory and practice. In the theory of ecological translation, "chasing after punishment" as the core concept plays an important guiding role in the adaptation and selection of translation, the improvement of translator's level, the improvement of translation accuracy, and the purification of translation market environment. As a kind of mistranslation phenomenon, the mistranslation of official documents generally exists in translation practice. However, there are errors in the process of mistranslation in different fields, and there is no good way to deal with the influence of different factors on the mistranslation. It leads to the continuation of error factors and further affects the improvement of translation quality. In view of the influence of different factors on the mistranslation of official documents, this paper analyzes the attribution and types of mistranslation of official documents from the perspective of ecological translation, and sums up the factors leading to the mistranslation. Through the case analysis, all the participating elements in the "responsibility of mistranslation" are punished. In the process of pursuing and punishing, each link involved in the translation is analyzed, summarized, and finally "the mechanism of recovery and punishment of the responsibility of mistaken translation" is worked out. According to the above text logic, this paper starts from the theoretical introduction of ecological translation, the analysis of the factors of official document error translation, the analysis of the types of official document error translation, the analysis of the case of official document error translation, the establishment of the mechanism of responsibility and punishment for mistranslation. The text is divided into three parts to analyze and summarize: the first part: the preface, mainly introduces the research background and the research reason of the thesis, sums up the current research situation and the research trend of "Eco-translation", "after the punishment", "the mistake translation". Finally, the innovation of the paper is summarized by summarizing the research methods. The second part is divided into four chapters to explain the relevant theories of ecological translation, the factors and types of official document mistranslation, the responsibility and punishment of mistranslation and the establishment of mechanism. Chapter one introduces the theory of ecological translation. This paper mainly introduces the theory of ecological translation, mistranslation and the theory of "pursuing punishment after the event". The second chapter analyzes the factors of document mistranslation from the perspective of ecological translation. This paper analyzes the factors of document mistranslation from three angles: the environment of subject and object, the reader and the translator. The third chapter analyzes the types of official document translation. In this chapter, three dimensions of language use, cultural shift and identity are analyzed. Chapter four: responsibility recovery and punishment and the establishment of mechanism. In this chapter, the author analyzes the real cases of document misinterpretation from the aspects of politics, economy, culture and art, and military affairs, and formulates the mechanism of responsibility and punishment through summing up the cases of pursuing and punishing. The third part: conclusion, this part is a review and summary of the full text, discussed the research results and significance, proposed innovative points, and summarized the regret and shortcomings of the paper. To sum up, this paper analyzes the factors and types of official document error translation by using the relevant theories of ecological translation, and further clarifies the object of "responsibility and punishment", and analyzes the actual cases of official document error translation. Thus, the necessity of establishing a mechanism of "responsibility and punishment for mistaken translation" is put forward: 1) purifying the market environment of translation and improving the quality of translation. It provides theoretical support for the standardization of Xinjiang translation market in the construction of "Belt and Road" Silk Road culture. This paper hopes that the mechanism of "the responsibility of mistaken translation and punishment" will be helpful to the practical application of the theory of ecological translation, and at the same time complement the relevant theories of ecological translation.
