【摘要】：隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加速,當(dāng)前的時(shí)代對食品、飲品類產(chǎn)品的成份、加工工藝的發(fā)展,深受國外文化的沖擊,人們對消費(fèi)品的評價(jià)及消費(fèi)傾向有了明顯的變化。因此,從語言文化方面對社會變化發(fā)展,人民傳統(tǒng)思維及當(dāng)代觀念認(rèn)識作為基礎(chǔ),研究蒙古族現(xiàn)代飲食品名稱,是非常重要的課題。我們對現(xiàn)代蒙古國蒙古人食品、飲品名稱方面入手,從傳統(tǒng)文庫資源記載的資料或注解字典,社會廣泛使用的資料或向公共服務(wù)的餐飲業(yè)的飯店、咖啡廳、餐廳等菜單清單、電視、廣告宣傳用語,使用的文字等作為本次研究的主要資料來源。本論文分緒論、正文分五章,結(jié)論,參考文獻(xiàn),附錄等構(gòu)成。緒論部分包括了選題依據(jù),研究目標(biāo)、目的、研究意義、研究概況、研究方法等主要內(nèi)容。正文由五個(gè)章節(jié)組成。第一章,主要對蒙古人食品傳統(tǒng)的革新進(jìn)行闡述,將現(xiàn)代蒙古人有關(guān)食品種類及其飲食,習(xí)慣通過之前和現(xiàn)在的研究得出的結(jié)論。并且從語言學(xué)學(xué)者德·圖拉發(fā)表了一篇有關(guān)從文化語言學(xué)角度對蒙古人傳統(tǒng)飲食名稱研究的作品,發(fā)現(xiàn)蒙古人現(xiàn)代食品飲品種類中的奶制品、肉制品、綠色食品及新鮮食品、黑色食品和豆制品等。所以,我們對蒙古人傳統(tǒng)紅色食品(除肉類食品之外),奶制品之外的廣泛使用的肉類食品、面食、甜品、水果等的名稱歸類研究的。第二至第五章中,將蒙古人現(xiàn)代飲食中的肉食、面食、水果、綠色蔬菜名稱按其種類歸類,從傳統(tǒng),消費(fèi)變化方面講解,從語言詞匯構(gòu)成方面分類區(qū)別研究了游牧及城市民風(fēng)相結(jié)合研究。這樣從傳統(tǒng)革新聯(lián)系中,語言(詞匯構(gòu)成方面),文化(城市居民風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣)方面,對蒙古人現(xiàn)代飲食名稱文字及消費(fèi)水平統(tǒng)計(jì),對其包含的文化、風(fēng)俗、消費(fèi)方面進(jìn)行講解。結(jié)論部分對研究工作成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),對蒙古人現(xiàn)代飲食名稱的特點(diǎn),及其保存,文化方面分析作出總結(jié)性結(jié)論,對未來如何擴(kuò)大研究方面提出了觀點(diǎn)。附錄中對蒙古人現(xiàn)代食品名稱在字典中及日常消費(fèi)中拼寫名詞進(jìn)行了合理歸類,附圖的方式載入。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of food and beverage products, the development of processing technology is deeply impacted by foreign culture, and people's evaluation of consumer goods and propensity to consume have changed obviously.Therefore, it is a very important subject to study the name of modern Mongolian diet on the basis of the development of language and culture, the traditional thinking of the people and the understanding of contemporary concepts.We start with the name of Mongolian food and drink in modern Mongolia, starting with the information or annotated dictionary recorded in the traditional library, the information widely used in society or the menu list of restaurants, cafes, restaurants and so on in the catering industry of public service.Television, advertising language, words used as the main source of information for this study.This paper is divided into five chapters, conclusions, references, appendices and so on.The introduction part includes the basis, the research goal, the purpose, the research significance, the research survey, the research method and so on.The text consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the innovation of the Mongolian food tradition, and draws the conclusion of the modern Mongolians about the food types and their diet through the research before and now.And from the linguist de Tula published a work on the study of traditional Mongolian diet names from the perspective of cultural linguistics, and found that modern Mongolian foods and drinks include dairy products, meat products, green foods and fresh foods.Black food and bean products, etc.Therefore, we classify the names of traditional Mongolian red foods (other than meat foods, dairy products, pasta, desserts, fruits, etc.).In the second to fifth chapters, the names of meat, pasta, fruit and green vegetables in modern Mongolian diet are classified according to their types, and explained from the aspects of tradition and consumption change.This paper studies the combination of nomadic and urban folkways in terms of linguistic and lexical composition.In this way, language (lexical composition, culture (customs and habits of urban residents), modern Mongolian diet names, characters and consumption level are analyzed, and the culture, customs and consumption are explained.The conclusion part summarizes the research results, summarizes the characteristics of modern Mongolian diet names, their preservation and cultural analysis, and puts forward some views on how to expand the research in the future.The appendix classifies the modern Mongolian food names in dictionaries and daily consumption.
