《洛麗塔》是俄裔美國(guó)作家弗拉基米爾·納博科夫的代表作。在1998年的“20世紀(jì)百大英文小說(shuō)”排行榜中,《洛麗塔》位列第四,其影響力可見(jiàn)一斑。小說(shuō)主要講述了一個(gè)歐洲中年男子亨伯特與其美國(guó)繼女洛麗塔之間的不倫之戀。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)已有二十五個(gè)《洛麗塔》的翻譯版本。但對(duì)《洛麗塔》中文譯本的研究主要集中于語(yǔ)言學(xué)和文學(xué)層面,翻譯研究視角不夠多樣化。本文選取1989年黃建人翻譯的和2005年主萬(wàn)翻譯的《洛麗塔》作為研究樣本,以圖里的翻譯規(guī)范論為理論基礎(chǔ),將政治、社會(huì)文化等因素納入研究范圍,從預(yù)規(guī)范、元規(guī)范和操作規(guī)范三種規(guī)范的不同角度對(duì)這兩個(gè)中文譯本進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的對(duì)比分析。首先,對(duì)在翻譯行為產(chǎn)生之前,政治背景和社會(huì)文化因素給譯者帶來(lái)的影響進(jìn)行分析。其次,從充分性和可接受性這兩種傾向?qū)ψg者在面對(duì)兩種不同文化時(shí)做出的不同選擇帶來(lái)的影響進(jìn)行分析。最后,分析兩位譯者對(duì)原文不同的翻譯處理方法。通過(guò)對(duì)比,本文試圖解決以下三個(gè)研究問(wèn)題。第一,為什么兩位譯者選擇翻譯《洛麗塔》?第二,在翻譯過(guò)程中,黃建人和主萬(wàn)分別采用何種翻譯方法?第三,翻譯規(guī)范理論如何影響兩位譯者在翻譯過(guò)程中的具體選擇?本文對(duì)比分析的目的不在于評(píng)判某個(gè)中文譯...
