【摘要】： “忠實”被廣泛地認為是譯者在翻譯過程中應該遵守的基本原則。由于審美功能是文學作品中最重要的功能,因此譯者在翻譯文學作品時應同時兼顧原作的內(nèi)容與風格兩方面的忠實。作品風格反映作者的人生觀、世界觀、美學理念和藝術技巧。風格是作者獨特的語言形式的選擇,它讓讀者在閱讀中獲悉主題意義,欣賞藝術魅力和審美價值。盡管國內(nèi)外學者對“忠實”一說仁者見仁、智者見智,但對原作風格忠實的可能性和必要性卻從來沒有斷然否定過。本文借鑒文學文體學理論,以斯托夫人的廢奴小說《湯姆叔叔的小屋》的兩個中譯本的比較,來探討風格的翻譯。本文首先從作者的寫作背景和小說的主題中考察小說的整體風格,然后試圖分別從語言和文化角度就李自修和周冬華的合譯本以及黃繼忠的譯本進行對比研究。通過分析兩個譯本的優(yōu)、缺點,本文試圖證明一元論的可靠性和正確性。特定的語言形式具有其特定的主題意義和美學效果。小說中的語言形式同樣也是作者出于主題和美學考量的選擇,因此風格的傳遞和故事內(nèi)容的傳遞在小說翻譯中同等重要。為了達到忠實原作的目標,本文特別強調(diào)風格再現(xiàn)的重要性,并提出了實現(xiàn)風格再現(xiàn)的三步驟:掌握原作的主題和整體風格,分析與主題和美學有關的語言特征,在譯文中保持原作的文化氣息。三個步驟循環(huán)運動,從而使風格翻譯的質(zhì)量不斷得到提升。
[Abstract]:Faithfulness is widely regarded as the basic principle that translators should abide by in the process of translation. Since aesthetic function is the most important function in literary works, translators should pay attention to both the content and style of the original works. The style of the work reflects the author's outlook on life, world outlook, aesthetic ideas and artistic skills. Style is the choice of the author's unique language form. It makes readers learn the theme meaning, appreciate the artistic charm and aesthetic value in reading. Although scholars at home and abroad have different views on "faithfulness", the possibility and necessity of faithfulness of the original style have never been categorically denied. Based on the literary stylistic theory, this paper discusses the translation of style by comparing the two Chinese versions of Mrs. Stow's abolitionist novel Uncle Tom's Cabin. This paper first examines the overall style of the novel from the background of the author's writing and the theme of the novel, and then attempts to make a comparative study of the co-versions of Li Zi-xiu and Zhou Donghua and Huang Ji-zhong from the perspective of language and culture respectively. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two versions, this paper tries to prove the reliability and correctness of monism. A particular form of language has its specific thematic meaning and aesthetic effect. The form of language in the novel is also the author's choice for themes and aesthetics, so the transmission of style and the content of stories are equally important in the translation of novels. In order to achieve the goal of faithful original work, this paper emphasizes the importance of style reproduction, and puts forward three steps to achieve style reproduction: mastering the theme and overall style of the original work, analyzing the linguistic characteristics related to theme and aesthetics. Maintain the cultural flavor of the original in the translation. Three steps of circular movement, so as to improve the quality of style translation.
