關于高中英語教師信念的調(diào)查研究

教師信念作為教師的精神狀態(tài)和思想行為導向,對于促進教師的專業(yè)成長和提高教育教學質(zhì)量都有著舉足輕重的作用。雖然學術界尚未就教師信念的概念達成共識,隨著課程改革的不斷發(fā)展以及教師認知研究的不斷發(fā)展,教師信念已經(jīng)成為教育界的研究重點。在以往的研究中,雖有對教師信念的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素的研究,但是很少聚焦高中英語教師,且研究范圍較小。高中英語教師到底持有怎樣的信念,影響教師信念的因素又有哪些,這些問題值得進一步研究和探討。本研究以呂國光的觀點為基礎,把教師的信念分為學生管理信念、課程信念、評價信念和學生學習信念。同時,本研究根據(jù)外語教師的特點,增加了“教師英語語言信念”這一維度。本文采用定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合的方法,通過對全國不同地區(qū)的教師進行抽樣調(diào)查和訪談,對高中英語教師的教師信念進行了深入的調(diào)查研究。本研究在中國東北,華北,華東,華中,華南,西南和西北七個地理區(qū)域里分別選擇一到兩個省份,每個省份發(fā)放200份問卷,共發(fā)放1400份問卷,以便了解高中英語教師的教師信念發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并對其影響因素進行了分析。這些因素包括教師的性別、年齡、職稱、文化程度、畢業(yè)院校、教齡以及任職學校的情況。此外,通過訪...
