　　本文是一篇翻譯實踐報告。翻譯項目的原文選自《懸崖勒馬:走出焦慮》中第五章的內(nèi)容,原書作者為安德莉亞·彼德森,本書是描述了作者關(guān)于焦慮癥的經(jīng)歷以及治療焦慮癥藥物的一些科普知識。焦慮癥,又稱為焦慮性神經(jīng)癥,是神經(jīng)癥這一大類疾病中最常見的一種,以焦慮情緒體驗為主要特征,而焦慮癥預(yù)計在未來將成為世界第一大負擔(dān)疾病,因此亟需世人的關(guān)注。本翻譯報告中的原文主要介紹的是作者服用抗焦慮藥物的體驗以及對抗焦慮以及抗抑郁藥物發(fā)展背景的介紹,此翻譯項目中的難點主要集中在長難句以及專業(yè)術(shù)語和縮寫的翻譯,對此作者選用目的論作為翻譯理論,主要應(yīng)用零翻譯,詞性轉(zhuǎn)換,增譯,減譯,切分和移位的方法來解決這一主要難點。
