隨著人們對(duì)健康的關(guān)注,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)的會(huì)議和對(duì)外交流越來(lái)越多,醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)議口譯需求量大,但對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)議口譯的研究卻不足,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)議同聲傳譯的策略研究較少。本論文選取布魯斯金學(xué)會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)研討會(huì)為材料進(jìn)行模擬同聲傳譯,并就轉(zhuǎn)寫(xiě)材料進(jìn)行分析旨在解決醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)議同聲傳譯的難點(diǎn)。醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)議專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)多、講話人語(yǔ)速快、語(yǔ)言冗余多,給譯員帶來(lái)一定挑戰(zhàn)。為了保證準(zhǔn)確完整地傳達(dá)信息,譯員需要使用簡(jiǎn)潔準(zhǔn)確的語(yǔ)言以節(jié)省更多時(shí)間。作者回顧了醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)議同聲傳譯的特點(diǎn),以契爾諾夫壓縮策略為指導(dǎo),從音節(jié)、詞匯、句法、語(yǔ)義以及情景五個(gè)方面闡釋醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)議口譯中壓縮策略的應(yīng)用,結(jié)合大量的實(shí)例充分論證該策略的有效性。實(shí)踐證明,壓縮策略不僅可以有效節(jié)約翻譯時(shí)間,還能提高口譯質(zhì)量。
