【摘要】：本文是一份翻譯項目報告,原文是一份題為《引資發(fā)展中國鐵路》(Attracting Capital for Railway Development in China)的經(jīng)濟類信息報告,由世行集團領(lǐng)銜撰寫,于2015年12月在世行官網(wǎng)上發(fā)表。譯者選譯了其中連續(xù)的五個章節(jié)。文中對四個國家鐵路引資項目的典型案例進行了研究分析,闡述了各國在結(jié)合自身條件下,所采取的招商引資有效機制。本翻譯報告共四章。第一章介紹翻譯項目背景與意義,對翻譯項目進行了整體描述;第二章為原作背景介紹,包括作者簡介、主要內(nèi)容與原作評價等;第三章主要介紹理論基礎(chǔ),即交際翻譯理論,作為本報告的重點。以此進行翻譯難點預(yù)估,分析翻譯實例從而尋求對應(yīng)的翻譯方法;第四章總結(jié)翻譯經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)并指出亟待解決的問題。譯者將本翻譯項目確定為經(jīng)濟類信息報告類型,以紐馬克的文本類型翻譯理論(即交際翻譯策略)作為理論框架。在此策略指導(dǎo)下,運用的方法有:詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、增補與省略,順譯和重組。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation project report, the original text is an economic information report entitled "attracting Railway in China". It was written by the World Bank Group and published on the World Bank website in December 2015. The translator selected five consecutive chapters. In this paper, the typical cases of four national railway investment attracting projects are studied and analyzed, and the effective mechanism of investment attraction adopted by each country in combination with its own conditions is expounded. This translation report consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the translation project, and describes the translation project as a whole; the second chapter introduces the background of the original work, including the author's brief introduction, the main content and the evaluation of the original work, and the third chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis, that is, communicative translation theory. As a focus of the present report. The fourth chapter summarizes the translation experiences and lessons and points out the problems to be solved. The translator defines this translation project as the type of economic information report, and takes Newmark's text type translation theory (i.e. communicative translation strategy) as the theoretical framework. Under the guidance of this strategy, the methods are as follows: part of speech conversion, addition and ellipsis, sequence translation and reorganization.
