【摘要】：當(dāng)代中國(guó)的航運(yùn)事業(yè)日益發(fā)展,與各國(guó)往來交流愈加頻繁。隨著中國(guó)航運(yùn)在國(guó)際上占有越來越重要的地位,我國(guó)的法制建設(shè)也日趨完善。近年來我國(guó)頒布的海事法律法規(guī)日益增多。航運(yùn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展不能以犧牲安全為代價(jià),所以航運(yùn)安全不容小覷。海事危防管理主要是為了防止船舶危險(xiǎn)管理、船舶污染、港口安全管理、以及一系列的安全審查工作。筆者在閱讀國(guó)家新頒布的海事法規(guī)的時(shí)候,發(fā)現(xiàn)中文法規(guī)的特點(diǎn)多用動(dòng)詞,而閱讀英文法規(guī)時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)英文法規(guī)與中文對(duì)應(yīng)的內(nèi)容常用名詞。在翻譯這些法律法規(guī)的時(shí)候,發(fā)現(xiàn)中文和英文之間缺少詞性轉(zhuǎn)換,導(dǎo)致翻譯出的譯文不符合英文法規(guī)的習(xí)慣要求。英語名詞化這一現(xiàn)象是英語正式文體,(如法律用語),最顯著的特征之一。名詞化手段可以取代人稱代詞主語,消除個(gè)人感情色彩,因此在政府文件、科技類文本使用居多,法律文本中尤為常見。為了翻譯出更符合英語行文習(xí)慣的文本,本文將從英語名詞化方面入手,結(jié)合筆者翻譯的海事危防管理?xiàng)l例的實(shí)例�；谀芜_(dá)的"功能對(duì)等理論",筆者探討各種名詞化現(xiàn)象的特點(diǎn)及譯法。目前,法律文本的翻譯實(shí)踐與其他類文本相比數(shù)量很少,因此本文選取了法規(guī)類文本動(dòng)詞名詞化作為主要研究對(duì)象。
[Abstract]:The shipping industry of contemporary China is developing day by day, and exchanges with other countries become more and more frequent. With China's shipping plays a more and more important role in the world, China's legal system is becoming more and more perfect. In recent years, the maritime laws and regulations promulgated by our country are increasing day by day. The development of shipping industry can not be at the expense of safety, so shipping safety should not be underestimated. The main purpose of maritime danger management is to prevent ship danger management, ship pollution, port safety management, and a series of safety audit work. When reading the new maritime laws and regulations issued by the state, the author finds that the characteristics of Chinese laws and regulations are often used by verbs, while when reading English laws and regulations, they find common nouns corresponding to the contents of English laws and regulations in Chinese. In translating these laws and regulations, it is found that there is a lack of part of speech conversion between Chinese and English, which leads to the translation not in accordance with the customary requirements of English laws and regulations. Nominalization of English is one of the most prominent features of formal English style. Nominalization means can replace personal pronoun subject and eliminate personal feelings, so it is widely used in government documents, science and technology texts, especially in legal texts. In order to translate the text which is more in line with the habit of English writing, this paper will start with the nominalization of English and combine with the examples of the maritime danger management regulations translated by the author. Based on Nida's functional equivalence, the author discusses the characteristics and translation of various nominalization phenomena. At present, the translation practice of legal texts is relatively small compared with other kinds of texts, so this paper chooses the nominalization of legal texts as the main research object.
