【摘要】:民以食為天。食品問題一直是一個(gè)世界性問題,包括從一開始的糧食短缺問題到如今由食品引發(fā)的健康問題。人們對(duì)食品的發(fā)展越來(lái)越關(guān)注,并不斷嘗試著用科學(xué)技術(shù)來(lái)改變食品,讓食品變得更加健康美味。在2016年出版的《非天然美食:科技如何助陣超級(jí)食品以拯救世界》一書中,作者杰森·拉斯克講述了科學(xué)家、實(shí)業(yè)家和進(jìn)步的農(nóng)民們是如何利用科學(xué)技術(shù)來(lái)改變食品的生產(chǎn)模式和農(nóng)業(yè)的耕作模式的,并通過一系列的故事,展現(xiàn)了未來(lái)食品發(fā)展的美好前景。本翻譯報(bào)告是基于約15000字英語(yǔ)文本的翻譯實(shí)踐而形成的,翻譯文本節(jié)選自美國(guó)食品農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)者杰森·拉斯克的《非天然美食:科技如何助陣超級(jí)食品以拯救世界》。翻譯報(bào)告主要由四個(gè)章節(jié)組成。第一章主要介紹了翻譯項(xiàng)目的背景、目的和意義以及理論依據(jù);第二章介紹了原文本的作者、翻譯內(nèi)容以及語(yǔ)言特色;第三章是本翻譯報(bào)告的最重要部分,介紹了本次翻譯實(shí)踐的主要過程,包括譯者的譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯中遇到的難點(diǎn)、翻譯中運(yùn)用的翻譯技巧以及譯后的修訂工作。本章通過案例分析總結(jié)了翻譯過程中遇到的問題以及運(yùn)用的翻譯技巧。在奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論的基礎(chǔ)上,譯者在翻譯實(shí)踐中運(yùn)用了一些具體的翻譯技巧,如轉(zhuǎn)化法、增譯法和分譯法;第四章總結(jié)了翻譯過程中獲得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)以及翻譯實(shí)踐中仍存在的問題。通過本次翻譯實(shí)踐,譯者對(duì)科技在食品和農(nóng)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用有了更多的了解,同時(shí)也積累了一些翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)。此外,譯者希望本譯文可以幫助中國(guó)讀者更多地了解非天然美食以及科技在食品中的運(yùn)用,并為食品與科技的相關(guān)研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:The people take food as the sky. The food problem has been a worldwide problem, ranging from food shortages to today's food-induced health problems. People pay more and more attention to the development of food, and try to use science and technology to change food and make it more healthy and delicious. In his 2016 book unnatural food: how technology can help superfoods to save the world, author Jason Rask tells about scientists. How industrialists and progressive farmers use science and technology to change food production patterns and agricultural farming patterns, and through a series of stories to show the future of food development bright prospects. This translation report is based on the translation practice of about 15000 words of English texts. Excerpts from American Food and Agriculture economist Jason Rask, "unnatural Food: how Technology helps Super Food to Save the World". The translation report consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, meaning and theoretical basis of the translation project; the second chapter introduces the author of the original text, the content of the translation and the language characteristics; the third chapter is the most important part of the translation report. This paper introduces the main process of this translation practice, including the translator's pre-translation preparation, the difficulties encountered in translation, the translation techniques used in translation and the post-translation revision. This chapter summarizes the translation problems and translation skills by case study. On the basis of Nida's functional equivalence theory, translators use some specific translation techniques in translation practice, such as conversion, incremental translation and sub-translation. Chapter four summarizes the experience and lessons gained in the process of translation and the problems still existing in translation practice. Through this translation practice, translators have gained a better understanding of the application of science and technology in food and agriculture, and accumulated some translation experience. In addition, the translator hopes that this translation will help Chinese readers to learn more about non-natural food and the use of technology in food, and provide a reference for the research on food and technology.
