【摘要】：英語教研活動(dòng)是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的重要途徑,能夠幫助英語教師解決教育教學(xué)中的實(shí)踐問題。隨著英語新課程改革的不斷深入,學(xué)校和教師將面臨諸多問題和挑戰(zhàn),石河子初中英語教研活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀如何?是否有效,存在哪些問題?怎樣才能提高教研活動(dòng)的有效性?本研究采用問卷法、觀察法和訪談法相結(jié)合,從英語教研活動(dòng)的組織、主題、英語教師參與、英語教研活動(dòng)過程及英語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展五個(gè)方面為切入點(diǎn),調(diào)查了石河子初中英語教研活動(dòng)有效性現(xiàn)狀,分析了初中英語教研活動(dòng)有效性存在的問題:英語教師方面存在自身自律性不高、反思能力不強(qiáng)、參與教研活動(dòng)力度不強(qiáng)及教師間缺乏合作的問題;教研員方面存在管理不到位、缺乏與學(xué)生互動(dòng)及缺乏專業(yè)引領(lǐng)的問題;教研活動(dòng)方面存在主題針對(duì)性不強(qiáng)、形式單一、教研活動(dòng)缺乏實(shí)效的問題。從英語教師、教研員和教研活動(dòng)三個(gè)方面剖析影響初中英語教研活動(dòng)存在低效問題的因素,探索建立合理教研活動(dòng)制度、重構(gòu)學(xué)習(xí)型教研文化;增強(qiáng)英語教師教研意識(shí)、提高英語教師反思能力;提高英語教研員核心素養(yǎng);改善常規(guī)教研活動(dòng)模式等策略提高初中英語教研活動(dòng)有效性,切實(shí)提高初中英語教研活動(dòng)的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:English teaching is an important way to improve the quality of teaching and professional development of teachers, English teachers can help solve practical problems in the teaching of English education. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, schools and teachers will face many problems and challenges, how the current situation of Shihezi junior middle school English teaching and research activities are effective, what are the problems? How to improve? The effectiveness of teaching and research activities? This research adopts questionnaire method, the combination of observation and interviews, the theme from the English teaching and research activities of the organization, and the English teachers in English teaching and research activities and professional development of English teachers in five aspects as the breakthrough point, investigation of the Shihezi junior high school English teaching and research activities of effective situation, analyzes the problems of junior high school English teaching and research activities are effective: own self-discipline is not high English teachers, reflective ability, participate in research activities is not strong The problem of the lack of cooperation between teachers and research staff; existing management is not in place, the lack of interaction with the students and the lack of professional guidance problems; teaching and research activities are the theme of the pertinence is not strong, the form is single, the lack of effective teaching activities. From English teachers, three factors research and analysis of the influence of junior middle school English teaching and research activities teaching and research activities of inefficient problems, explore the establishment of reasonable teaching system, reconstruction of learning teaching culture; enhance English teachers' consciousness, improve the English teachers' reflective ability; improve the core qualities of English teaching and research staff; improve the conventional teaching activities mode strategies to improve the effectiveness of junior high school English teaching and research activities, and effectively improve the quality of junior high school English teaching and research activities.
