【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷深入和國(guó)際交往的日益廣泛,國(guó)外工程承包項(xiàng)目越來(lái)越多。作為工程承包項(xiàng)目管理的重要組成部分,工程承包合同起著不容忽視的作用,其翻譯往往涉及工程知識(shí)、法律知識(shí)等,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。因此,研究探討工程承包合同的翻譯十分必要。語(yǔ)域理論是系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)的核心內(nèi)容,被廣泛應(yīng)用于翻譯研究領(lǐng)域。從這一理論出發(fā),譯者可以較好地認(rèn)識(shí)和把握合同文本的語(yǔ)域特征和翻譯的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而譯出更加準(zhǔn)確、地道的譯文。本報(bào)告以語(yǔ)域理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合作者實(shí)習(xí)期間的國(guó)際工程承包合同翻譯語(yǔ)料,從詞匯和句法兩個(gè)層面分析翻譯過(guò)程中的重難點(diǎn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出相應(yīng)的翻譯策略。研究表明：語(yǔ)域理論在工程承包合同翻譯中具有較強(qiáng)的適用性。為了再現(xiàn)原文的語(yǔ)域特征,譯者在翻譯時(shí)應(yīng)努力追求語(yǔ)場(chǎng),語(yǔ)旨和語(yǔ)式的對(duì)等。希望本文的分析能夠?yàn)榻窈蟮墓こ坛邪贤g研究提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and the increasingly extensive international communication, more and more project contracting projects abroad. As an important part of project contract management, engineering contract plays a role that cannot be ignored. Its translation often involves engineering knowledge, legal knowledge and so on, which has strong practical guiding significance. Therefore, it is necessary to study and discuss the translation of engineering contract. Register theory is the core content of systemic functional linguistics and is widely used in the field of translation research. On the basis of this theory, the translator can better understand and grasp the register features of the contract text and the relationship of translation, and then translate more accurate and authentic translations. Guided by register theory, combined with the translation corpus of international engineering contract during internship, this report analyzes the difficulties and difficulties in translation process from two levels: vocabulary and syntax, and summarizes the corresponding translation strategies based on this. The study shows that register theory has a strong applicability in the translation of engineering contract. In order to reproduce the linguistic features of the original, the translator should strive for the equivalence of the language field, the tenor and the language. It is hoped that the analysis of this paper will provide some reference for the future research on the translation of engineering contract.
