《茶經(jīng)》《續(xù)茶經(jīng)》中茶文化負(fù)載詞英譯研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今全球化的大背景下,各國各地區(qū)間的文化交流日益頻繁。中華傳統(tǒng)文化博大精深,源遠(yuǎn)流長,在世界文化之林中獨樹一幟。充分落實我國政府提出的"走出去"戰(zhàn)略對于我國文化軟實力的提升和世界文化的發(fā)展尤其重要。茶文化融入了中國傳統(tǒng)的哲學(xué)理念和倫理道德內(nèi)涵,在中化傳統(tǒng)文化中占有舉足輕重的地位!恫杞(jīng)》《續(xù)茶經(jīng)》做為中國茶文化的瑰寶,對其翻譯和研究無疑有助于推動茶文化的傳播。英國翻譯家紐馬克提出了語義翻譯和交際翻譯的概念。語義翻譯是在目的語語言結(jié)構(gòu)和語義許可的范圍內(nèi),把原作者在原文中表達(dá)之意準(zhǔn)確再現(xiàn),而交際翻譯在重在盡可能對目標(biāo)讀者產(chǎn)生與源語讀者相同的效果。本文以紐馬克提出的這一概念作為研究的理論依據(jù)。以姜欣姜怡的《茶經(jīng)》《續(xù)茶經(jīng)》英譯本中出現(xiàn)的茶文化負(fù)載詞為研究對象。結(jié)合現(xiàn)當(dāng)代茶著作的目錄分類,將文中的茶文化負(fù)載詞分成茶名,茶色,茶水,茶技藝和工具及茶品鑒五類,統(tǒng)計出的數(shù)量共有231個,并將每一類分別選出十個左右的典型例子在文中呈現(xiàn)并進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析。本文采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法,例證法,分析法的定性研究方法,對選取的典型例子進(jìn)行逐一分析。最后,本文得出結(jié)論,姜欣姜怡使用語義翻譯策略為主,以保存意境和信息量,兼以使用交際翻譯策略,照顧譯文讀者的接受能力。如此,目的語讀者不僅暢達(dá)理解原文,還能欣賞茶文化的異彩紛呈之美。作為譯者,必須豐富自身的知識存儲,增加對本國文化和文化作品的信心,亦充分相信外國讀者的理解和接受能力,才能更好地完成擔(dān)當(dāng)文化傳播者的重任。在"信"的前提下,譯者最好采取語義翻譯為主,并結(jié)合交際翻譯的翻譯策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, cultural exchanges between countries and regions are becoming more and more frequent. Chinese traditional culture is extensive and profound and has a long history. It is unique in the world culture forest. It is particularly important for the promotion of soft power of Chinese culture and the development of world culture to fully implement the "going out" strategy put forward by our government. Tea culture, which integrates Chinese traditional philosophy and ethical connotation, plays an important role in Sinochem traditional culture. As a treasure of Chinese tea culture, Tea Sutra is the treasure of Chinese tea culture. Its translation and research will undoubtedly help to promote the spread of tea culture. Newmark, a British translator, put forward the concepts of semantic translation and communicative translation. Semantic translation is to accurately reproduce the original author's meaning in the original text within the framework of the target language structure and semantics, while communicative translation is as important as possible to produce the same effect on the target readers as that of the source language readers. In this paper, Newmark put forward this concept as the theoretical basis for the study. The tea culture-loaded words appeared in the English translation of Jiang Xin Jiang Yi's Tea Sutra are taken as the research object. Combined with the catalogue classification of modern and contemporary tea works, the tea culture-loaded words are classified into five categories: tea name, tea color, tea water, tea techniques and tools, and tea taste. The total number of these words is 231. Ten typical examples of each type are selected and analyzed in detail. In this paper, the qualitative methods of literature review, illustrative method and analytical method are used to analyze the selected typical examples one by one. Finally, it is concluded that Jiang Xin Jiang Yi mainly uses semantic translation strategies to preserve artistic conception and information, and to use communicative translation strategies to take care of the receptive ability of the target readers. In this way, the target language readers can not only understand the original text, but also appreciate the colorful beauty of tea culture. As translators, they must enrich their knowledge storage, increase their confidence in their own culture and cultural works, and fully believe in the understanding and acceptance ability of foreign readers, so that they can better fulfill their important role as cultural communicators. On the premise of "letter", the translator should adopt the translation strategy of semantic translation and communicative translation.
