【摘要】：《淮南子》是在西漢淮南王劉安主持下編纂的一部文集。作者以漢初治亂興衰經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)的總結(jié)為基礎(chǔ),探究自然和社會規(guī)律,試圖為封建王朝的長治久安謀劃一套完備的治國方略。在政治倫理思想上,《淮南子》站在道家立場上,積極吸收其它學(xué)派的思想,形成了以道家思想為指導(dǎo),融合先秦諸子學(xué)說的集大成的著作。在本體論上,它堅持道論、宇宙萬物論以及人性論觀點,道是《淮南子》中最高概念,道是萬物的本體和本原,其政治理論是其道論、宇宙萬物論和人性論在政治上的運用。在政治倫理上,《淮南子》從無為觀、民本觀、法治觀、人才觀、君臣觀等角度進行論述,指出要想使社會穩(wěn)定,就要堅持清靜無為,為民謀利,德法并用,尊賢使能等政治倫理原則。這些思想在當(dāng)今社會依然散發(fā)著光輝。在治國理政方面,《淮南子》蘊含著諸多跨時代的思想精華,由于其書不可避免地帶有歷史局限性,因而我們應(yīng)予以批判性繼承,使其為當(dāng)前政治發(fā)展提供有效借鑒。
[Abstract]:Huainan Zi is a collection of works compiled under the auspices of Liu'an, king of Huainan in the Western Han Dynasty. The author explores the natural and social laws on the basis of summarizing the experiences and lessons of the early Han Dynasty in controlling chaos and rising and declining. In the political and ethical thought, Huainan Zi stands on the standpoint of Taoism, actively absorbs the thought of other schools, and forms the guidance of Taoist thought. In ontology, it adheres to the doctrine of Tao, the theory of universe and the view of humanity. Tao is the highest concept in Huainan Zi, and Tao is the ontology and origin of all things. His political theory is the application of Tao theory, universe theory and human nature theory in politics. In terms of political ethics, Huainan Zi discusses from the perspectives of inaction, people-oriented view, rule of law, talent view, monarch and minister view, and so on. It is pointed out that in order to make the society stable, we must adhere to the principles of political ethics, such as quiet and inaction, for the benefit of the people, the use of morality and law, and the respect for the good, and so on. These thoughts still radiate brilliance in today's society, and they are still in the aspect of governing the country and managing politics. Huainan Zi contains a lot of cross-epoch thought essence, because its book inevitably has the historical limitation, therefore we should give the critical inheritance, causes it to provide the effective reference for the present political development.
