【摘要】:近年來,旅游業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展和博物館免費開放政策的頒布,掀起了一陣博物館旅游熱,越來越多的游客走進博物館。游客在博物館中得益文化知識的同時,愈加希望可以永久性的留存住博物館美好的游歷記憶。對于云南省內的博物館而言,集合著不同民族的多種風俗習慣,相較于其它地區(qū)的博物館也就意味著擁有著更多豐富多彩的資源。從國家的政策層面來看,2014年《國務院關于推進文化創(chuàng)意和設計服務與相關產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的若干意見》,提出促進經(jīng)濟結構調整和發(fā)展方式轉變、加快實現(xiàn)由“中國制造”向“中國創(chuàng)造”轉變的內在要求,強調要將文化創(chuàng)意和設計服務作為培育國民經(jīng)濟新的增長點、提升國家文化軟實力和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的重要抓手等。2016年5月文化部出臺的《關于推動文化文物單位文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的若干意見》,意義在于擴充文化文物單位職能,帶動文化資源和人們日常的生活方式相互融合。國家各項政策的支持下,各發(fā)達省(市、區(qū))已經(jīng)開始了在文化創(chuàng)意領域的精心布局。云南省也緊跟步伐,2017年文化廳出臺《關于推動文化文物單位文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的實施意見》,為云南省內的博物館文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)提供了大力支持。目前,云南省內博物館的文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品正在摸索前進中,本文將以文獻研究法、田野調查法、歸納演繹法等深度挖掘文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品存在的問題,如:文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品與本博物館文化資源的關系懸殊、云南省地區(qū)文化創(chuàng)意人才的缺乏、文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)權意識淡薄、未形成完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等。這些問題,都將束縛博物館文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品的進一步發(fā)展。在當下國家大力提倡發(fā)展博物館文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品的背景下,要抓住機遇,善于尋找解決問題的途徑,制定并遵循相應的開發(fā)原則,為云南省內博物館文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)創(chuàng)造良好的條件,創(chuàng)造具有博物館文化特征且受大眾喜愛的文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品,有一定的參考借鑒意義。

From the national policy level, the State Council on 2014 "to promote the development of cultural integration and creative design services and related industries some opinions, put forward to promote structural adjustment and transformation of economic development mode, accelerate realize the inherent requirements by" China manufacturing "to" create Chinese ", to emphasize the cultural and creative design services as the cultivation of national The new economic growth point, enhance national cultural soft power and industrial competitiveness is an important starting point for.2016 year in May the Ministry of Culture issued "on promoting the cultural relics units in the development of cultural and creative products, a number of opinions", meaning that the expansion of cultural heritage unit functions, promote each other fusion cultural resources and people's daily life. The national policies under the support of the developed province (city, district) has begun a careful layout of the cultural and creative fields. Yunnan province also keep pace in 2017, the Department of Culture issued "on the promotion of culture and cultural relics units of cultural and creative product development implementation opinions, provides strong support for the development of creative products in Yunnan province. At present the museum Yunnan Province, the Museum of cultural and creative products are groping forward in this paper, literature research method, field survey method, deductive method and the depth of excavation of cultural and creative products in question, Such as: the relationship between cultural and creative products and the Museum of cultural resources of the poor, the lack of cultural and creative talents of Yunnan Province, the cultural and creative products, property rights consciousness, has not formed a complete industrial chain and so on. These problems, further development will be bound to Museum of cultural and creative products. At present the country to vigorously promote the development of the Museum of cultural and creative products under the background, to seize the opportunity, be good at finding ways to solve problems, develop and follow the development principle of the corresponding, and create favorable conditions for development of creative products in Yunnan Province Museum and the Museum of cultural features and create a popular cultural and creative products, have certain reference significance.
