大學(xué)生完美主義、學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感與學(xué)生投入的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:本研究聚焦于我國(guó)大學(xué)生的人格特質(zhì)對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生的影響,探討這一群體的完美主義、學(xué)業(yè)自我效能和學(xué)生投入的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),揭示其學(xué)生投入的發(fā)生狀況,并對(duì)大學(xué)生完美主義、學(xué)業(yè)自我效能和學(xué)生投入的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。以吉林大學(xué)、呼倫貝爾學(xué)院、大連海事大學(xué)、中央司法警官學(xué)院的261名大學(xué)生為被試,使用近乎完美主義量表中文版、大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)自我效能問(wèn)卷和大學(xué)生學(xué)生投入調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,運(yùn)用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì),多因素方差分析,相關(guān)分析,回歸分析,結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,探討我國(guó)大學(xué)生完美主義、學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感與學(xué)生投入的當(dāng)前情況并對(duì)三者的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,并得出如下結(jié)果:(1)大學(xué)生完美主義、學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感和學(xué)生投入在不同性別、年級(jí)、專(zhuān)業(yè)和生源地等人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量上不存在顯著差異。(2)完美主義及其維度與學(xué)生投入及其維度均呈顯著正相關(guān)。學(xué)業(yè)自我效能及其維度與學(xué)生投入及其維度均呈顯著正相關(guān)。(3)積極完美主義對(duì)學(xué)生投入有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用,消極完美主義對(duì)學(xué)生投入有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用,學(xué)業(yè)自我自我效能感對(duì)學(xué)生投入有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用。(4)學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感在積極完美主義對(duì)學(xué)生投入的影響中起完全中介作用,消極完美主義—學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感—學(xué)生投入的中介不成立;谝陨蠈(shí)證研究得出的結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)大學(xué)生學(xué)生投入程度不高,具有完美主義人格特質(zhì)的大學(xué)生普遍學(xué)生投入程度較高,這提示我們關(guān)注完美主義這一人格特質(zhì)的積極一面,對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行教育與引導(dǎo),幫助他們適當(dāng)提高自我要求,激發(fā)他們拼搏進(jìn)取精神。提高學(xué)業(yè)自我效能也有助于增加學(xué)生投入,而學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感在積極完美主義對(duì)學(xué)生投入的影響中起完全中介作用這一結(jié)論提示我們認(rèn)知因素對(duì)學(xué)生投入增加的重要性,所以要重視對(duì)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)信心和信念的培養(yǎng),改善對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的認(rèn)知,從而提高學(xué)生投入。
[Abstract]:This study focused on the influence of China's College Students' personality traits of learning, to explore the group development characteristics of perfectionism, academic self-efficacy and student engagement, status to reveal the student input, and to make an empirical study on the relationship between College Students' Perfectionism, academic self-efficacy and student engagement. In Jilin University, Hulunbeier University. Dalian Maritime University, 261 college students of The Central Instituite for Correctional Police as subjects, the use of almost perfect scale Chinese version, college students' academic self-efficacy questionnaire and college students in the questionnaire investigation, descriptive statistics, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, statistical method, structural equation model analysis, the discussion of China's college students. The academic self-efficacy is analyzed and the current situation of student engagement and the three relations, and The results are as follows: (1) college students' Perfectionism, academic self-efficacy and student engagement in different gender, grade, there was no significant difference in the demographic variables and other professional students. (2) showed a significant positive correlation with the dimensions of perfectionism and student engagement. And its dimensions are positively correlated with academic self-efficacy and its dimensions the student input and its dimensions are. (3) positive perfectionism have significant positive predictive effect on student engagement, negative perfectionism has significant positive predictive effect on students' academic self input, self-efficacy of students into a positive predictive effect. (4) the academic self-efficacy in positive perfectionism on mediating effect of student engagement negative perfectionism, academic self-efficacy, intermediary student engagement is not established. Our university found that the results based on the above empirical study Student involvement is not high, with the personality trait of perfectionism of college students generally students into higher degree, suggesting that we focus on Perfectionism of the personality of positive education and guide the students, help them improve self requirements, stimulate their enterprising spirit. To improve the academic self-efficacy also helps to increase student engagement. The academic self-efficacy of students in the input increased the importance of our cognitive factors of positive perfectionism this conclusion completely mediates the effects of student engagement, so should pay attention to the cultivation of students' learning confidence and belief, to improve learning, so as to improve the students' input.
