【摘要】：本文從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)史的角度,綜合運(yùn)用歷史學(xué)、地理學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科研究方法,在系統(tǒng)總結(jié)已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)考察了1912～1945年間湖南手工業(yè)的發(fā)展與變遷情況,分析了該時(shí)期湖南手工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)變遷所產(chǎn)生的多元效應(yīng),并總結(jié)了該時(shí)期湖南手工業(yè)發(fā)展的制約因素。 第一章主要對(duì)清代湖南手工業(yè)的發(fā)展概況作了簡(jiǎn)單回顧。在清代,湖南地區(qū)的紡織業(yè)、礦冶業(yè)、制茶業(yè)、造紙業(yè)、釀酒業(yè)、陶瓷業(yè)、制煙業(yè)等手工行業(yè)都有了不同程度的發(fā)展,甚至在有些行業(yè)中出現(xiàn)了資本主義生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的初步形態(tài)。清代湖南手工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)商品化的發(fā)展取向,不僅促進(jìn)了湖南城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮,也為民國(guó)時(shí)期湖南手工業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展與變遷提供了初始條件。 第二章主要對(duì)該時(shí)期湖南手工業(yè)的不同發(fā)展階段進(jìn)行了考察,并對(duì)湖南手工業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)形態(tài)做了細(xì)致地分析。在這一時(shí)期,湖南手工業(yè)的發(fā)展與變遷可以分為兩個(gè)不同的階段,第一個(gè)階段為1912-1937年,第二階段為1937-1945年。在第一個(gè)發(fā)展階段中,隨著外部經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的變化,湖南手工業(yè)也與沿海地區(qū)的手工業(yè)一樣,呈現(xiàn)出不同的發(fā)展取向,有些手工行業(yè)在外國(guó)工業(yè)品的沖擊下趨于衰落；有些手工行業(yè)則因國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的需求而走向興盛；還有一些手工行業(yè)因具有民族文化特色,仍然沿著傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)展道路我行我素。在第二個(gè)發(fā)展階段中,隨著抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的全面爆發(fā),湖南的許多手工業(yè)如土布業(yè)、土紗業(yè)、土靛業(yè)、制糖業(yè)等,在戰(zhàn)時(shí)環(huán)境的推動(dòng)下有了短暫的復(fù)興,這時(shí)期湖南手工業(yè)的發(fā)展表現(xiàn)出明顯的時(shí)代特征,即政府參與色彩濃厚、注重生產(chǎn)技術(shù)改進(jìn)、合作形式增多、不穩(wěn)定環(huán)境因素增強(qiáng),這些手工業(yè)的發(fā)展成為抗戰(zhàn)期間大后方經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)重要組成部分。湖南手工業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)形式上也呈現(xiàn)出多樣化的特點(diǎn),既有業(yè)主制下的自主經(jīng)營(yíng)形式,也存在著包買主制下的依附經(jīng)營(yíng)形式。 第三章重點(diǎn)分析了民國(guó)時(shí)期湖南手工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與變遷所帶來(lái)的多元效應(yīng)。在這一時(shí)期,湖南手工業(yè)的發(fā)展與變遷對(duì)湖南農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了積極性影響,如為農(nóng)民提供了更多的就業(yè)渠道,促進(jìn)了農(nóng)村市場(chǎng)的發(fā)育和專業(yè)性市場(chǎng)的成長(zhǎng)。該時(shí)期湖南手工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與變遷還推動(dòng)了湖南商業(yè)的興盛,活躍了湖南城市經(jīng)濟(jì),拉動(dòng)了湖南海關(guān)出口貿(mào)易的增長(zhǎng),并帶動(dòng)了特殊商業(yè)的興起。此外,湖南手工業(yè)的發(fā)展還對(duì)湖南近代工業(yè)化道路產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響,手工業(yè)不僅在湖南的工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中居于主導(dǎo)地位,而且還表現(xiàn)出向現(xiàn)代工業(yè)過渡的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),這為湖南的近代工業(yè)化發(fā)展道路開辟了一個(gè)新的途徑。 第四章系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了民國(guó)時(shí)期湖南手工業(yè)發(fā)展中所存在的制約因素。這些制約因素表現(xiàn)在不同方面,如生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的落后、資金的薄弱、行業(yè)中欺詐行為所造成的負(fù)面影響、頻發(fā)的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和自然災(zāi)害,以及農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的貧困化等等。在這些制約因素的共同作用下,民國(guó)時(shí)期湖南手工業(yè)的發(fā)展困難重重,它們?cè)谙颥F(xiàn)代工業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)化過程中也充滿了更多的不確定性。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of regional economic history , this paper synthetically applies the research methods of history , geography , statistics and other relevant disciplines . On the basis of summarizing the existing research results , this paper investigates the development and change of Hunan ' s handicraft industry from 1912 to 1945 , and analyzes the multi - effect of the changes of the handicraft industry in Hunan during the period from 1912 to 1945 , and summarizes the restricting factors of the development of the handicraft industry in Hunan during the period .

The first chapter mainly reviews the development of the handicraft industry in the Qing Dynasty . In the Qing Dynasty , the textile industry , the mining and metallurgy industry , the tea industry , the paper industry , the brewing industry , the ceramic industry and the tobacco industry all have different degrees of development .

The second chapter is mainly about the different development stages of Hunan ' s handicraft industry in this period , and analyzes the operation form of Hunan handicraft industry . In this period , the development and change of Hunan ' s handicraft industry can be divided into two different stages , the first stage is 1912 - 1937 , the second stage is 1937 - 1945 . In the first stage of development , with the change of the external economic environment , the handicraft industry in Hunan also has different development orientation , and some hand industries tend to decline under the impact of foreign industrial products ;
Some hand - made industries thrive on the demand of the international market ;
In the second stage of development , in the second stage of development , with the full explosion of the War of Resistance Against Japan , with the full explosion of the War of Resistance Against Japan , the development of the handicraft industry in Hunan is characterized by a brief revival .

In this period , the development and change of Hunan ' s handicraft industry have influenced the rural economy of Hunan .

The fourth chapter summarizes the restricting factors existing in the development of Hunan ' s handicraft industry during the period of the Republic of China . These constraints are manifested in different aspects , such as the backwardness of production technology , the weakness of funds , the negative effects caused by the fraud in the industry , the frequent wars and natural disasters , the poverty of rural economy , etc . Under the common effect of these constraints , the development of the handicraft industry in Hunan during the Republic of China is difficult and heavy , and they are also filled with more uncertainty in the transformation of modern industry .
