“蟻?zhàn)濉比后w心理資本內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)及其與建言行為的關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:In this study, psychological capital is defined as a positive psychological ability formed in the process of individual growth and development. It is closely related to work and has an obvious positive effect on the realization of work goals. This study collected data through literature research, interview, open questionnaire, expert discussion and data collection. By means of item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, independent sample t-test, variance analysis and other statistical methods, this paper discusses and verifies the content structure of "ant" group psychological capital. This paper probes into the influence of the group psychological capital of the "ant tribe" on the speech behavior, the intermediary function of the constructive efficacy and the regulating function of the trust within the organization, and discusses the difference of the psychological capital of the "ant tribe" group in the demographic variables. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the psychological capital of "ant tribe" consists of four dimensions: confidence, emotional quotient, bravery and gratitude. (2) the psychological capital of "ant tribe" group has significant positive influence on the speech behavior. The three dimensions of confidence, bravery and gratitude have significant positive effects on the speech behavior, but the emotional quotient dimension has no significant effect on the speech behavior. (3) the sense of constructive efficacy plays a part intermediary role between the psychological capital of "ant tribe" group and the behavior of advice, and the sense of constructive efficacy plays a part intermediary role between self-confidence and constructive behavior. Constructive efficacy plays a part intermediary role between bravery and constructive behavior, while constructive efficacy plays a part intermediary role between gratitude and constructive behavior. (4) Intra-organizational trust plays a significant role in regulating the psychological capital and constructive behavior of "ant tribe" groups. (5) the psychological capital of "ant tribe" group had significant differences in different gender, education, working years and monthly income level, but had no significant difference in different marital status and age.
