【摘要】：目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)心理服務(wù)的關(guān)注日漸升溫,但人們對(duì)心理服務(wù)缺乏了解,對(duì)心理服務(wù)需求也沒有正確的意識(shí)。本研究立足心理學(xué)理論,致力于開發(fā)職工心理服務(wù)需求問卷,了解職工的心理服務(wù)需求,為心理服務(wù)的工作開展提供依據(jù)。研究目的:(1)編制職工心理服務(wù)需求問卷;(2)對(duì)云南省職工進(jìn)行心理服務(wù)需求的抽樣調(diào)查并討論相關(guān)因素。針對(duì)這2個(gè)目的開展3個(gè)子研究。研究一通過對(duì)樣本1心理服務(wù)需求的前期問卷調(diào)查、訪談和個(gè)案咨詢,對(duì)職工心理服務(wù)需求進(jìn)行前期了解,為職工心理服務(wù)需求的理論構(gòu)建提供支撐,為問卷的編制提供范圍和題項(xiàng)。結(jié)果:云南省職工心理服務(wù)需求較高,現(xiàn)階段為職工提供的主要心理服務(wù)是心理成長(zhǎng)與心理關(guān)懷課程,職工對(duì)心理服務(wù)需求的迫切程度處于中上水平,職工對(duì)于如何開展心理服務(wù)工作還提出了多項(xiàng)建議。研究二通過文獻(xiàn)綜述及前期調(diào)查編制出《職工心理服務(wù)需求問卷》初測(cè)問卷,對(duì)樣本2進(jìn)行初測(cè)獲得初測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),通過項(xiàng)目分析、探索性因素分析對(duì)題項(xiàng)進(jìn)行刪改,得到6因素44個(gè)題項(xiàng)。對(duì)樣本3進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性因素分析得到6因素驗(yàn)證結(jié)果良好,形成《職工心理服務(wù)需求問卷》正式問卷。正式問卷采用內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)(0.945)與分半信度(0.812)驗(yàn)證了問卷的信度良好。通過內(nèi)容效度和建構(gòu)效度說明問卷具有良好效度。因此,本問卷具有良好的信效度,可以用于實(shí)際測(cè)量。研究三利用《職工心理服務(wù)需求問卷》對(duì)云南省職工對(duì)樣本4(N=534)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。結(jié)論:(1)云南省職工對(duì)心理服務(wù)需求較高。(2)邀請(qǐng)專家定期開設(shè)心理知識(shí)講座是職工單位服務(wù)期望的首選。心理咨詢方式最傾向與單位心理服務(wù)人員面談咨詢。個(gè)人發(fā)展問題是職工考慮最多的心理服務(wù)內(nèi)容。職工首選組織或個(gè)人開辦的心理咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)。在服務(wù)方式需求上更喜歡心理健康科普宣傳。(3)心理服務(wù)需求總均分在性別、單位性質(zhì)、工作崗位上差異顯著。
[Abstract]:At present, the attention to psychological service in China is increasing day by day, but people lack understanding of psychological service and have no correct awareness of psychological service demand. This study is based on psychological theory and devotes itself to developing the questionnaire of employees' psychological service demand. To understand the psychological service needs of the staff and workers, To provide the basis for the work of psychological service. Objective: 1) to compile the questionnaire of staff and workers' psychological service demand. (2) to investigate the psychological service demand of Yunnan staff and workers and to discuss the relevant factors. Substudy. Study 1 through a preliminary questionnaire survey on the psychological service needs of sample 1, Interview and case consultation were conducted to understand the psychological service demand of the staff and workers in the early stage, to provide support for the theoretical construction of the psychological service demand of the staff and workers, and to provide the scope and items for the compilation of the questionnaire. Results: the demand for psychological service of the staff and workers in Yunnan Province was high. At the present stage, the main psychological services provided to workers are the courses of psychological growth and psychological care, and the urgency of staff and workers' demand for psychological services is at the middle and upper levels. The staff and workers also put forward several suggestions on how to carry out psychological service work. In the second study, through literature review and preliminary investigation, a preliminary survey questionnaire was compiled to obtain the initial data from sample 2. Through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, the item was deleted and 4 items of 6 factors were obtained. The validation factor analysis of sample 3 showed that the result of 6 factor validation was good. The formal questionnaire was formed, the internal consistency coefficient was 0.945) and the split-half reliability was 0.812). The reliability of the questionnaire was proved to be good. The validity of the questionnaire was explained by the content validity and the construction validity. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity. It can be used for practical measurement. The third study was to investigate the current situation of Yunnan workers' psychological service demand questionnaire. Conclusion: 1) Yunnan staff and workers have a high demand for psychological service. 2) experts are invited to open their hearts regularly. The lecture of scientific knowledge is the first choice of the staff members' service expectation. The psychological counseling mode is most inclined to interview with the psychological service personnel of the unit. The personal development question is the psychological service content which the worker considers the most. The staff member first choice organization or the individual. People set up psychological counseling institutions. In terms of service demand, they prefer mental health popular science propaganda. 3) the total demand for psychological services is equally divided between the sexes, The unit nature, the work post difference is remarkable.
