納米材料改善普通干濕噴射混凝土回彈率和強(qiáng)度現(xiàn)場工藝試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:普通C20~C30干噴或者濕噴混凝土邊墻和頂拱的綜合回彈率一般為20%~30%,且干噴混凝土的強(qiáng)度經(jīng)常不合格。通過在新建京張鐵路、白鶴灘水電站、鍋浪蹺水電站、成都地鐵18號線共4個(gè)工程的現(xiàn)場工藝試驗(yàn)表明,在普通的C20~C30干噴或者濕噴混凝土中,摻入10%自行研發(fā)的HB7-2型無機(jī)粉體納米材料等量替代水泥,能夠讓綜合回彈率減少52%~72%,并降低到10%以下,一次噴層厚度達(dá)到30 cm,24 h內(nèi)初期強(qiáng)度顯著提高、28 d強(qiáng)度提高20%以上,每個(gè)開挖支護(hù)循環(huán)的時(shí)間至少節(jié)約0.7 h,整體上提高地下洞室開挖支護(hù)的質(zhì)量、安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
[Abstract]:The combined rebound rate of ordinary C20~C30 dry or wet sprayed concrete side walls and arch is generally 20% and 30%, and the strength of dry shotcrete is often not up to standard. Through the new Beijing-Zhang railway, Baihetan Hydropower Station, Guolang stilts Hydropower Station, The field technological tests of 4 projects of Chengdu Subway Line 18 show that 10% of the HB7-2 inorganic powder nanomaterials developed by ourselves are added to the ordinary C20~C30 dry or wet sprayed concrete to replace the cement in the same amount. The comprehensive rebound rate can be reduced by 52% and reduced to less than 10%, and the initial strength of the first spray layer can be increased significantly by more than 20% within 24 hours after 30 cm / h, and the initial strength is increased by more than 20% in 28 days. The time of each excavation support cycle is saved at least 0.7 h, and the quality, safety and economy of underground cavern excavation support are improved as a whole.
