調(diào)度操作防誤及智能操作票系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:操作票制度是電力生產(chǎn)管理單位為保證電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運行而采取的一項重要技術(shù)管理措施,操作票制度執(zhí)行的好壞直接影響電力安全生產(chǎn),在日常操作票辦理過程中未經(jīng)過相關(guān)人員的審核以及審核認識程度不夠都有可能導致安全事故的發(fā)生,隨著計算信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)操作票紙質(zhì)管理模式已不能滿足現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的需要,在操作票的流程化處理與誤操作方面也無法通過計算機信息化手段來實現(xiàn),從而加大了操作票的辦理周期以及大量的經(jīng)濟成本與時間浪費,也加大了安全事故發(fā)生的頻率。調(diào)度操作防誤及智能操作票系統(tǒng)正是在這一背景下建立起來的,它主要是集目前主流的跨平臺編程技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)、DSP技術(shù)、大數(shù)據(jù)的采集與實時分析、專家系統(tǒng)理論規(guī)則以及較為科學的調(diào)度操作與防誤算法來完成本系統(tǒng)的智能化建設(shè)與應用。所開發(fā)的調(diào)度操作防誤及智能操作系統(tǒng)將以電網(wǎng)運行的危險點出發(fā),從電力運行的一線員工與相關(guān)領(lǐng)導完成本系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務需求的挖掘工作與數(shù)據(jù)模型分析工作,在系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)方面將遵照IEC61970CIM標準建立電網(wǎng)模型,并采用當前較為成熟的三層架構(gòu)、CIM/SVG建模、C#語言、Oracle 10數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)來完成本系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)工作,以便于對建成的調(diào)度操作防誤及智能操作票系統(tǒng)符合本次的安全、穩(wěn)定、性能要求也能滿足系統(tǒng)后期的升級擴展與應用。本系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)了工作中心模塊、操作票模塊、防誤模塊、系統(tǒng)管理模塊、查詢統(tǒng)計管理模塊等,通過各模塊能快速的完成操作票的模擬演示、編制(新建、打印、導出、典型、刪除、作廢、步驟)、審核、防誤(規(guī)則庫、報警、實時分析、安全校核、標識提醒)以及系統(tǒng)管理的靈活配置與維護功能的全面實現(xiàn),從而為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)提高工作效率與經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:The operation ticket system is an important technical management measure adopted by the electric power production management unit to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power network. The execution of the operation ticket system has a direct impact on the power safety production. In the daily operation ticket processing process without the relevant personnel's examination and audit understanding degree is not enough may lead to the occurrence of safety accidents, with the rapid development of computing information technology, The traditional paper management mode of operation ticket can not meet the needs of modernization, nor can it be realized by means of computer information in the process and misoperation of operation ticket. Thus, the processing cycle of operation ticket and a large amount of economic cost and time waste are increased, and the frequency of safety accidents is also increased. It is under this background that the dispatching operation anti-error and intelligent operation ticket system is established. It is mainly composed of the main cross-platform programming technology, the communication technology and the DSP technology, the acquisition and real-time analysis of big data. Expert system theory rules and more scientific scheduling operation and anti-error algorithm to complete the intelligent construction and application of the system. Based on the dangerous point of power grid operation, the developed dispatching operation anti-error and intelligent operating system will complete the mining work and data model analysis of the business requirements of the system from the front-line staff and relevant leaders of the power operation. In terms of system technical architecture, the grid model will be established in accordance with the IEC61970CIM standard, and the current more mature three-tier architecture (CIM / SVG) will be used to model the Oracle 10 database management system in C # language to complete the system architecture work. In order to ensure the safety, stability and performance of the intelligent operation ticket system, the system can meet the requirements of the later upgrade and application of the system. This system mainly realizes the work center module, the operation ticket module, the error prevention module, the system management module, the inquiry statistics management module and so on. Through each module, the simulation demonstration of the operation ticket can be completed quickly. Typical, delete, invalidate, step), audit, error prevention (rule base, alarm, real time analysis, safety check, mark reminder) and the full realization of flexible configuration and maintenance function of system management, In order to improve the efficiency and economic efficiency for power grid enterprises.
