變壓器油色譜在線監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:變壓器油色譜在線監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)是通過(guò)采集、分析油色譜在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置的數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)油色譜數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)行設(shè)備內(nèi)部潛伏性故障并及時(shí)報(bào)警傳輸相關(guān)信息,從而避免大型充油電氣設(shè)備運(yùn)行事故,保證電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行,同時(shí)通過(guò)積累設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)的數(shù)據(jù),為狀態(tài)檢修提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。系統(tǒng)采用集成化設(shè)計(jì)思想、分層分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),研究開(kāi)發(fā)一套變壓器油色譜在線監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),集中監(jiān)控電網(wǎng)的油色譜在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置,可以與電網(wǎng)公司已安裝或準(zhǔn)備安裝的不同原理、不同廠家的監(jiān)測(cè)裝置進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)交換,具備數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)收集、瀏覽查詢、圖形顯示、故障診斷、異常報(bào)警等功能,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)變電站高壓設(shè)備的遠(yuǎn)程、在線式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化集中監(jiān)測(cè)與故障診斷,克服以往在線監(jiān)測(cè)“各自為政”的弊端。系統(tǒng)采用基于Java語(yǔ)言的J2EE架構(gòu)架構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用MySQL。變壓器油色譜在線監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)廣域網(wǎng)或無(wú)線通訊方式寫(xiě)入該系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),其數(shù)據(jù)采集軟件均放置于數(shù)據(jù)采集計(jì)算機(jī)中,用戶用瀏覽器通過(guò)廣域網(wǎng)絡(luò)訪問(wèn)應(yīng)用服務(wù)器,查詢、分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí),系統(tǒng)通過(guò)GPRS MODEM進(jìn)行手機(jī)短信報(bào)警和手機(jī)短信數(shù)據(jù)查詢。系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)內(nèi)容包含數(shù)據(jù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)分析、故障診斷、故障報(bào)警、系統(tǒng)管理、數(shù)據(jù)接口、用戶認(rèn)證等功能服務(wù)。通過(guò)本系統(tǒng)的研發(fā),建立一套電網(wǎng)大型設(shè)備油色譜在線數(shù)據(jù)管理共享數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)大型樞紐變電站充油電氣設(shè)備油色譜在線監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的動(dòng)態(tài)遠(yuǎn)程管理和資源共享,并在第一時(shí)間為多位相關(guān)人員提供異常設(shè)備油中故障氣體含量超標(biāo)報(bào)警手機(jī)短信和數(shù)據(jù)查詢。。
[Abstract]:Transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring and management system is to collect, analyze the data of oil chromatographic on-line monitoring device, analyze and process the data of oil chromatographic, timely discover the latent faults inside the operating equipment and timely alarm transmission of relevant information, so as to avoid the operation accident of large oil-filled electrical equipment and ensure the safe operation of power grid. The system adopts integrated design idea, layered distributed network structure, and develops a data platform for on-line monitoring and management system of transformer oil chromatography, which can centralize monitoring of on-line monitoring equipment of oil chromatography in power grid, and can be installed or quasi-installed with power grid company. Different principles of standby installation, remote data exchange between monitoring devices of different manufacturers, with data automatic collection, browsing query, graphical display, fault diagnosis, abnormal alarm and other functions, and ultimately realize the remote, online, network centralized monitoring and fault diagnosis of high voltage equipment in each substation, to overcome the previous online monitoring "independent" The system is developed with J2EE framework based on Java language. The database is developed with MySQL. The field test data of transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring management system is written into the system database by WAN or wireless communication. The data acquisition software is placed in the data acquisition computer and the user browsers through the wide area.
