永磁同步電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)電梯的秤補(bǔ)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)今電梯市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,使得人們對(duì)電梯產(chǎn)品的舒適度、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本和能耗等性能提出了苛刻的要求,電梯需要在這幾方面都達(dá)到較高的要求,F(xiàn)有客梯為了改善起動(dòng)性能大多安裝了轎廂質(zhì)量傳感器,以使電機(jī)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行,并可以提供電梯調(diào)度信息。然而質(zhì)量傳感器不僅增加了電梯的采購(gòu)和安裝成本,而且為保證其性能需要定期維護(hù)和調(diào)整。這進(jìn)一步提高了電梯的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,降低了系統(tǒng)的可靠性。另一方面,目前交流永磁同步電機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于電梯曳引,其特性是輸出力矩可直接在交軸電流中得到反映,因此可通過(guò)測(cè)量電流的變化直接獲知電梯的受力情況。本文針對(duì)永磁同步電機(jī)的特性,提出了一種電梯重量補(bǔ)償技術(shù),通過(guò)電梯加速度和電流的變化識(shí)別電梯負(fù)載并改變起動(dòng)電流,以取代質(zhì)量傳感器,在保持運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)性的同時(shí)降低電梯采購(gòu)與運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。本文首先結(jié)合電梯的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性建立了電梯起動(dòng)的力學(xué)模型,再根據(jù)永磁同步電機(jī)的特性得出理想補(bǔ)償力以及交軸電流的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,在此指導(dǎo)下設(shè)計(jì)了重量補(bǔ)償?shù)乃惴。仿真和?shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,負(fù)載變化最顯著影響起動(dòng)時(shí)的加速度,而該補(bǔ)償方法可有效的識(shí)別電梯質(zhì)量,抑制電梯啟動(dòng)/制動(dòng)中的加速度波動(dòng),近似達(dá)到安裝質(zhì)量傳感器的效果。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the fierce competition in elevator market makes people put forward harsh requirements on the performance of elevator products, such as comfort, operating cost and energy consumption, and elevators need to meet higher requirements in these aspects. In order to improve the starting performance of passenger ladders most of the car mass sensors are installed to make the motor run smoothly and to provide elevator dispatching information. However, the mass sensor not only increases the cost of purchasing and installing the elevator, but also needs to be maintained and adjusted regularly to ensure its performance. This further increases the elevator operating costs and reduces the reliability of the system. On the other hand, the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in elevator traction, its characteristic is that the output torque can be directly reflected in the current of the shaft, so the force situation of the elevator can be directly obtained by measuring the change of the current. In this paper, according to the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), an elevator weight compensation technique is proposed to identify the elevator load and change the starting current by changing the acceleration and current of the elevator, so as to replace the mass sensor. At the same time to maintain smooth operation while reducing elevator procurement and operating costs. In this paper, the mechanical model of elevator starting is established based on the kinematic characteristics of elevator. Then, according to the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the ideal compensation force and the corresponding relation of cross-axis current are obtained. Under this guidance, the weight compensation algorithm is designed. The simulation and experimental results show that the load change has the most significant effect on the acceleration when starting, and the compensation method can effectively identify the elevator mass, restrain the acceleration fluctuation in the starting / braking of the elevator, and approximately achieve the effect of installing the mass sensor.
