高海拔地區(qū)高壓直流屏蔽金具電暈特性

【摘要】:隨著高壓直流屏蔽金具國(guó)產(chǎn)化的推進(jìn),越來越多的國(guó)產(chǎn)金具如屏蔽環(huán)等逐漸應(yīng)用到換流站中,而屏蔽環(huán)電暈起始特性隨自身尺寸變化規(guī)律目前尚不清楚。為研究屏蔽環(huán)的電暈特性,依據(jù)±500 k V木家換流站和昭通換流站閥廳典型屏蔽環(huán)的尺寸,設(shè)計(jì)了環(huán)徑分別為600、800、1 000 mm的3組屏蔽環(huán),在昆明南網(wǎng)特高壓試驗(yàn)基地(海拔約為2 100 m)開展試驗(yàn),采用階梯升壓方式對(duì)屏蔽環(huán)加載電壓,通過紫外成像儀判斷屏蔽環(huán)是否發(fā)生電暈,以確定對(duì)應(yīng)的電暈起始電壓,并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)布置建立3D電場(chǎng)仿真模型,采用有限元數(shù)值仿真方法,計(jì)算出各屏蔽環(huán)對(duì)應(yīng)的電暈起始場(chǎng)強(qiáng)。通過對(duì)屏蔽環(huán)電暈特性的分析研究得出屏蔽環(huán)電暈起始電壓與場(chǎng)強(qiáng)隨環(huán)徑、管徑的變化趨勢(shì),并給出各典型尺寸屏蔽環(huán)在高海拔地區(qū)的電暈起始控制場(chǎng)強(qiáng),其中最小的起暈場(chǎng)強(qiáng)控制值21k V/cm,這為實(shí)際工程提供了校核參考數(shù)據(jù),并為屏蔽金具的國(guó)產(chǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)和選型提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of localization of HVDC shielded fittings, more and more domestic gold tools, such as shielding rings, are gradually applied to converter stations, but the variation of corona initiation characteristics of shielded rings with their own size is not clear at present. In order to study the corona characteristics of the shield ring, according to the size of the typical shielding ring in the valve hall of 鹵500kV Mujia converter station and Zhaotong converter station, three groups of shielding rings with ring diameters of 600 and 800 and 1000 mm were designed. The test was carried out at Kunming Nanquan UHV Test Base (altitude about 2 100 m). The voltage of the shield ring was loaded by step boost mode, and whether the shielding ring occurred or not was judged by UV imager to determine the corresponding corona starting voltage. According to the experimental arrangement, the 3D electric field simulation model is established, and the corona initiation field strength corresponding to each shielding ring is calculated by using the finite element numerical simulation method. Through the analysis and study of the corona characteristics of the shielding ring, the variation trend of the initial voltage and field strength of the shielding ring corona with the ring diameter and pipe diameter is obtained, and the corona initial control field strength of each typical size shielding ring in the high altitude area is given, in which the minimum halo field intensity control value is 21kV 鈮,
