【摘要】：蔬菜是居民生活的必需品,隨著新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速的發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)居民收入水平不斷提高,人民生活水平也持續(xù)提高,蔬菜消費(fèi)逐漸從解決溫飽問題的必需食品轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闈M足人們營(yíng)養(yǎng)均衡、飲食健康的基礎(chǔ)食品,在城鎮(zhèn)尤為突出。蔬菜消費(fèi)方式由粗放走向精細(xì),人們不再滿足于能吃到蔬菜,而且要求吃得新鮮、吃得精致。目前新疆蔬菜自供能力有限,夏季可自主供給能力尚可,且品種也較為豐富,但是冬季蔬菜80%的供給量要依靠疆外,并且蔬菜批發(fā)價(jià)格普遍高于內(nèi)地城市,因此,完善和做好蔬菜工作,保障蔬菜供應(yīng)和穩(wěn)控蔬菜價(jià)格是一項(xiàng)重要的任務(wù)。烏魯木齊市是新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)首府城市,也是集政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化中心為一體的多重功能城市,截至2013年,全市人口規(guī)模達(dá)到346萬,是全疆蔬菜的主要銷售城市和集散區(qū)域。近期以來,烏魯木齊市蔬菜價(jià)格波動(dòng)較為明顯,尤其是季節(jié)性波動(dòng)突出,這是受多重因素影響的結(jié)果,但究竟其價(jià)格波動(dòng)的具體因素影響如何,為此本文以烏魯木齊市為主要研究范圍,選取其2009-2013年的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),包括地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格指數(shù)(CPI)、蔬菜種植面積、蔬菜產(chǎn)量、地區(qū)總?cè)丝凇⒊擎?zhèn)居民人均可支配收入、農(nóng)牧民人均純收入、蔬菜消費(fèi)量等資料依據(jù)因子模型進(jìn)行測(cè)算,旨在以此模型分析烏魯木齊市蔬菜價(jià)格波動(dòng)的影響因素和分析;通過構(gòu)建計(jì)量模型,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和評(píng)判,結(jié)果顯示:2009-2013年,烏魯木齊市蔬菜價(jià)格影響因素以經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和消費(fèi)影響為主,生產(chǎn)供給影響不顯著。最后在此基礎(chǔ)上提出穩(wěn)控蔬菜價(jià)格的對(duì)策建議,以期蔬菜價(jià)格更加穩(wěn)控、人民生活水平更加穩(wěn)定、烏魯木齊市社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)更加發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Vegetables are living necessities, along with the rapid economic development of Xinjiang, the income level of urban and rural residents continue to improve, people's living standards continue to improve, gradually from the change of food consumption of vegetables must solve the problem of food and clothing to meet the people's nutrition balanced, healthy diet based on food in the town is particularly prominent. Vegetable consumption pattern from extensive to fine people are no longer satisfied, can eat vegetables, but also eat fresh, eat delicate vegetables. At present Xinjiang self limited capacity, self supply ability passable in summer, and the species are more abundant, but the supply of vegetables in winter 80% to rely on Xinjiang, and the wholesale price of vegetables is generally higher than the mainland city, so perfect and do the vegetables work, guarantee the supply of vegetables and vegetable price stability control is an important task. The city of Urumqi is the capital city of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is also set The political, economic and cultural center, the multiple functions of the city, as one of the city's population as of 2013, the scale reached 3 million 460 thousand, Xinjiang is a major selling vegetables city and distribution area. Recently, Urumqi vegetable price fluctuation is more obvious, especially the seasonal fluctuation process, which is influenced by multiple factors, but how to what is the specific factors of the price fluctuations, this paper takes Urumqi city as the main research scope, select the 2009-2013 years of relevant basic data, including GDP, consumer price index (CPI), vegetable planting area, vegetable production area, the total population, per capita disposable income of urban residents, per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen on the basis of the data, vegetable consumption factor model was calculated, and analysis of influence factors in this model analysis of Urumqi city vegetable price fluctuation; by constructing econometric model Type, data processing and evaluation, the results showed that: 2009-2013 years, the price of vegetables in Urumqi city influence factors influence economic development and consumption, production and supply is not significantly affected. Finally put forward on the basis of stability control countermeasures in the price of vegetables, vegetable prices in order to control the level of people's life more stable, more stable society, Urumqi city and the development of economy.
