【摘要】：正在全球金融危機過去數(shù)年之后,全球政治經(jīng)濟格局正在經(jīng)歷著深刻的調(diào)整,烏克蘭危機及俄美政治僵局、歐洲難民危機及民粹主義的興起、美國大選及未來政策的調(diào)整、新興經(jīng)濟體崛起及其對現(xiàn)有秩序變革的訴求等一系列事件正在重塑全球地緣空間,各國的對外政治經(jīng)濟關系與國家利益均面臨著重新的界定。同時,經(jīng)過多年的快速增長,中國經(jīng)濟開始進入新常態(tài),面對持續(xù)較大的經(jīng)濟下行壓力,我國適時提出"一帶一路"倡議,以統(tǒng)籌國內(nèi)國際兩個大局,努力打造全球命運共同
[Abstract]:A few years after the global financial crisis, the global political and economic pattern is undergoing profound adjustments, the crisis in Ukraine and the political deadlock between Russia and the United States, the refugee crisis in Europe and the rise of populism. A series of events, such as the US election and future policy adjustments, the rise of emerging economies and their demands for changes in the existing order, are reshaping the global geo-space. At the same time, after years of rapid growth, China's economy has begun to enter the new normal, facing a large economic downward pressure. China has put forward the "Belt and Road" initiative in a timely manner in order to coordinate the overall situation at home and abroad and strive to forge a common global destiny.
