【摘要】:建國六十多年以來,尤其是改革開放的三十多年間,國有企業(yè)作為我國國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展騰飛的骨干、支柱和主體,主導(dǎo)著整個國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,發(fā)揮著不可代替的特殊重要作用。在國有企業(yè)大發(fā)展的過程中,國有企業(yè)的企業(yè)精神培育工作在黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下取得了顯著成就。但是隨著經(jīng)濟、信息全球化趨勢不斷加強,國有企業(yè)企業(yè)精神的培育也遇到了新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文認(rèn)為:在當(dāng)前政治、經(jīng)濟、社會以及文化等新的發(fā)展形勢下,培育我國國有企業(yè)企業(yè)精神只有通過總結(jié)實踐經(jīng)驗,凝練出具有文化價值內(nèi)涵和精神引導(dǎo)功能的中國國有企業(yè)精神,并在轉(zhuǎn)化為中國國有企業(yè)的經(jīng)營原理和創(chuàng)新實踐過程中,充分貫徹一直以來我黨思想政治工作的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),才能促進我國國有企業(yè)進一步發(fā)展壯大。 基于上述認(rèn)識,本文以以案例分析和歷史分析為主要研究方法,運用經(jīng)濟學(xué)、中國社會主義經(jīng)濟理論和現(xiàn)代企業(yè)文化理論的原理和方法。通過對國內(nèi)外的企業(yè)精神案例進行比較分析,從中吸取與中國特色社會主義經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和文化建設(shè)相一致的積極有益和符合時代潮流的企業(yè)精神。并歸納總結(jié)嘗試思考如何培育出符合中國國情的、適合現(xiàn)階段國有企業(yè)實際的、具有中國特色的企業(yè)精神。 本文主要采取以下三種研究方法:1、文獻研究法。通過搜集、鑒別、整理文獻,并通過對文獻的研究,形成對事實科學(xué)的認(rèn)識。通過對書籍、報紙以及圖書館電子資源關(guān)于國有企業(yè)精神的資料進行搜集、查閱并分析研究,加強相關(guān)知識的積累。2、案例研究法。通過整理與分析國內(nèi)外杰出企業(yè)精神建設(shè)的案例,歸納其企業(yè)精神的內(nèi)涵,為本文界定國有企業(yè)精神相關(guān)性研究提供實踐方面的依據(jù)與佐證,并據(jù)此歸納出培育我國國有企業(yè)精神的對策。3、辯證分析與綜合概括相結(jié)合的方法。對選出的案例進行辯證分析,并進行綜合概括,研究在當(dāng)前時代背景下,國有企業(yè)精神的概念,功能、內(nèi)容及建設(shè)方法等。從而為界定國有企業(yè)精神研究提供理論支撐和實踐參考。 論文一共分為五章。 第一章是緒論,主要分為兩部分,第一部分交代了論文的研究背景和意義,第二部分是文獻綜述。 第二章是中國國有企業(yè)企業(yè)精神概述,本章系統(tǒng)梳理和分析了企業(yè)文化和企業(yè)精神的相關(guān)概念和二者的關(guān)系,并通過概括企業(yè)精神的作用和意義和論述國有企業(yè)企業(yè)精神內(nèi)涵本質(zhì)。把握好企業(yè)精神的基本含義是對此研究的基本前提,企業(yè)精神,從狹義上講,是指用簡短的文字準(zhǔn)確表現(xiàn)出企業(yè)內(nèi)在氣質(zhì)和外在形象;從廣義上說,是指企業(yè)全體員工優(yōu)秀思想、共同的價值觀念以及內(nèi)部文化氛圍的集中表現(xiàn)。其次,從內(nèi)容上、特征和作用及意義三個方面探討了企業(yè)文化和企業(yè)精神的關(guān)系。最后,詳細(xì)介紹了企業(yè)精神的功能和作用。 第三章是中國國有企業(yè)精神培育的比較與反思,本章選取了IBM和聯(lián)想集團作為企業(yè)精神的研究案例。對這兩個企業(yè)的相關(guān)信息尤其是對于企業(yè)精神培育的方式方法進行了詳細(xì)研究。通過分析了這些相關(guān)信息,選取了適合當(dāng)前國有企業(yè)發(fā)展和企業(yè)精神培育的有效經(jīng)驗。并進一步總結(jié)了一直以來國有企業(yè)精神培育的偉大成果和當(dāng)前在企業(yè)精神培育上所面臨的相關(guān)問題和原因。 第四章是中國國有企業(yè)精神的內(nèi)容構(gòu)建,本章總結(jié)了目前國有企業(yè)需要的企業(yè)精神,按照與一般企業(yè)企業(yè)精神的對比和國有企業(yè)功能的不同,將目前國有企業(yè)精神分為基本企業(yè)精神,特色的企業(yè)精神兩大類。其中,基本企業(yè)精神包括愛國主義精神、自主創(chuàng)新精神和社會責(zé)任精神,中國國有企業(yè)尤其需要突出的企業(yè)精神有集體主義精神和改革開放精神。 第五章是培育中國國有企業(yè)精神的路徑探析,本章通過前文的分析成果,歸納總結(jié)了培育國有企業(yè)企業(yè)精神的有效路徑。分別從培育國有企業(yè)精神的企業(yè)文化基礎(chǔ)、培育出適合國有企業(yè)精神發(fā)展的社會環(huán)境、培育國有企業(yè)精神的企業(yè)制度條件和有效運用思想政治工作途徑來加強在培育國有企業(yè)精神四個大的方面進行了探討。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of more than 60 years, especially since the reform and opening up more than 30 years, state-owned enterprises as the backbone of the development of our national economy, and the main pillar, leading the development of the whole national economy, plays an important role that cannot be replaced. In the process of development of state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises to cultivate the spirit of work in under the leadership of the party has made remarkable achievements. But along with the economic globalization, information trend continues to strengthen, cultivate the spirit of enterprise of state-owned enterprises also face new challenges. This paper argues that in the current political, economic, social and cultural development of the new situation, cultivating the spirit of enterprise of our country state-owned enterprises only through summing up practical experience a concise, cultural and spiritual connotation of value guide function China state-owned enterprise spirit, and into the operation principle and innovation practice of state-owned enterprises in the process of Chinese, The good tradition of our party's ideological and political work has been fully implemented in order to promote the further development of the state-owned enterprises in China.
Based on the above understanding, based on the case analysis and historical analysis as the main research methods, the use of economics, economic theory of socialism China and modern enterprise culture theory principle and method. Through the analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign enterprises to absorb the spirit of case, consistent with Chinese socialist economic construction and cultural construction of the positive and conform to the times the trend of the enterprise spirit. And summarized how to cultivate with China try thinking suitable for the actual situation, the state-owned enterprises at the present stage, with China characteristics of the spirit of enterprise.
This paper mainly adopts the following three methods: 1 literature research method. Through collecting, sorting and identification documents, through the study of literature, the formation of a scientific understanding of facts. According to the books, newspapers and electronic resources in the library of state owned enterprise spirit of the collection, review and analysis, strengthen the accumulation of.2 knowledge and case study method. Through the collation and analysis of domestic and foreign outstanding spirit construction enterprise case, summarizes the connotation of the spirit of the enterprise, this paper defines the research spirit for correlation state-owned enterprises to provide practical basis and evidence, and then summed up the Countermeasures of.3 cultivating the spirit of China's state-owned enterprises, the dialectical analysis method combined with comprehensive general. Make a dialectical analysis of the selected cases, and summarize the research, in the context of the current era, the concept of state-owned enterprise spirit, the content and the construction of the party So as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the study of the spirit of state owned enterprises.
The thesis is divided into five chapters.
The first chapter is the introduction, which is divided into two parts. The first part explains the research background and significance of the paper, and the second part is the literature review.
The second chapter is an overview of China state-owned enterprise spirit of enterprise, this chapter systematically and analyzes the relationship between the related concepts of enterprise culture and enterprise spirit and the two, and through the summary of the spirit of enterprise and discusses the role and significance of state-owned enterprise spirit essence. The basic meaning of a good grasp of the spirit of enterprise is the basic premise of this research. The spirit of enterprise, in a narrow sense, refers to the use of short text accurately show the enterprise inner temperament and external image; in a broad sense, refers to the enterprise staff outstanding ideas, focus on the performance of common values and internal culture. Secondly, from the three aspects of the content, characteristics and explore the role and significance of the relationship between enterprise culture and enterprise spirit. Finally, this paper introduces the function and role of the spirit of enterprise.
The third chapter is the comparison and reflection of China state-owned enterprise spirit, this chapter has selected IBM and Lenovo Group as a case study of the spirit of enterprise. The related information of the two enterprises especially for the enterprise spirit cultivation methods were studied in detail. Through the analysis of the related information, the appropriate selection of effective experience of the cultivation the spirit of enterprise and development of state-owned enterprises. And summarizes the great achievements of state-owned enterprises has been cultivating the spirit and cultivate the spirit of enterprise in current related problems faced and the reasons.
The fourth chapter is Chinese state-owned enterprises spirit construction, this chapter summarizes the current state owned enterprises need the spirit of enterprise, in accordance with the contrast and general enterprise spirit of enterprise and the state-owned enterprises function, will present the state-owned enterprise spirit is divided into the basic characteristics of the spirit of enterprise, the enterprise spirit of two categories. Among them, the basic spirit of enterprise including patriotism the spirit of independent innovation spirit and the spirit of social responsibility, Chinese state-owned enterprises especially need to highlight the spirit of enterprise collective spirit and the spirit of reform and opening up.
The fifth chapter is the analysis on the path of cultivating Chinese state-owned enterprise spirit, this chapter through the analysis of the above result, summarizes the effective ways of cultivating the spirit of enterprise. The state-owned enterprises respectively from the enterprise culture cultivation basis of state-owned enterprise spirit, cultivate the spirit of state-owned enterprises for the development of the social environment, enterprise system of state-owned enterprises and effectively cultivate the spirit by the ways of Ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises to strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of the four aspects were discussed.
