【摘要】：摘要：隨著市場競爭的日益激烈,現(xiàn)代化的企業(yè)正逐步向這大型化、全球化的方向發(fā)展,其供應(yīng)鏈的構(gòu)成也將隨著企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展而日益的復(fù)雜多樣,這就使得企業(yè)不得不花費(fèi)更多的資源和時間在供應(yīng)鏈的管理上,以防止各種各樣的突發(fā)事件對企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的不利影響。而在供應(yīng)鏈當(dāng)中,企業(yè)最直接的利益相關(guān)者之一就是其上游的供應(yīng)商,當(dāng)供應(yīng)商發(fā)生突發(fā)事件時,其應(yīng)急能力就直接決定了突發(fā)事件對企業(yè)的影響。因此,結(jié)合供應(yīng)商管理和應(yīng)急管理兩個方面,對供應(yīng)商應(yīng)急能力的診斷方式進(jìn)行研究,以此來提高供應(yīng)商應(yīng)急能力水平,對于企業(yè)降低自身風(fēng)險而言有著十分重要的意義。 E公司作為通信行業(yè)的領(lǐng)頭企業(yè),其供應(yīng)商管理在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中有著十分突出的代表性。另外,經(jīng)過2001年的火災(zāi)事故之后,其應(yīng)急管理的水平也在逐步的提升。因此,結(jié)合筆者在E公司6個月的實習(xí)經(jīng)歷,以及對相關(guān)資料的研究,本文基于提高企業(yè)對供應(yīng)商應(yīng)急能力的管理水平、降低企業(yè)風(fēng)險和成本、提高企業(yè)持續(xù)生產(chǎn)能力的目的,以E公司作為研究對象,對其供應(yīng)商應(yīng)急能力的診斷方式展開了研究。 文章的具體研究過程為：①針對E公司供應(yīng)商及應(yīng)急管理方面的現(xiàn)狀,分析出了其具有代表性的供應(yīng)商應(yīng)急能力管理問題,并提出解決思路；②針對供應(yīng)商應(yīng)急能力所具有的特性,對SCOR模型進(jìn)行了修正,并運(yùn)用修正后的SCOR模型對供應(yīng)商應(yīng)急能力的影響因素進(jìn)行了識別,建立出一套供應(yīng)商應(yīng)急能力的因素指標(biāo)體系；③根據(jù)模糊Petri網(wǎng)的原理,對E公司某供應(yīng)商N(yùn)進(jìn)行應(yīng)急能力影響因素診斷模型的建立,通過的反向推理的方法尋找到了影響供應(yīng)商N(yùn)應(yīng)急能力的關(guān)鍵因素；④最后,文章對供應(yīng)商應(yīng)急能力管理可帶來的效益進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了實施的建議。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the increasingly fierce market competition, modern enterprises are gradually moving towards this large-scale, globalization direction, its supply chain composition will be increasingly complex and diverse with the continuous development of enterprises. This makes the enterprise have to spend more resources and time on the management of supply chain in order to prevent the adverse impact of various emergencies on the enterprise. In the supply chain, one of the most direct stakeholders is the upstream supplier. When the supplier occurs an emergency, its emergency ability directly determines the impact of the emergency on the enterprise. Therefore, combining the two aspects of supplier management and emergency management, it is of great significance for enterprises to reduce their own risks to study the diagnostic methods of suppliers' emergency response ability, so as to improve the level of suppliers' emergency response ability. As a leading enterprise in communication industry, E Company has a prominent representative in modern enterprises. In addition, after the 2001 fire accident, its level of emergency management is also gradually improving. Therefore, combined with the author's 6 months' internship experience in E Company and the research on related materials, this paper aims at improving the management level of the enterprise's emergency response ability to the suppliers, reducing the enterprise's risk and cost, and improving the enterprise's sustainable production capacity. Taking E Company as the research object, the diagnosis method of its supplier's emergency ability is studied. The specific research process of this paper is as follows: 1 according to the current situation of supplier and emergency management in E Company, this paper analyzes the representative supplier's emergency ability management problem, and puts forward the solution; (2) according to the characteristic of supplier's emergency ability, the SCOR model is modified, and the influencing factors of supplier's emergency ability are identified by using the modified SCOR model, and a set of factor index system of supplier's emergency response ability is established. 3According to the principle of fuzzy Petri net, the diagnosis model of influencing factors of emergency response ability of a supplier N of E Company is established, and the key factors that influence the emergency ability of supplier N are found by the method of reverse reasoning. Finally, the paper analyzes the benefit of supplier emergency management and puts forward some suggestions.
