【摘要】：正近期,第三方支付話題引起了廣泛熱議。討論的焦點(diǎn)是風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與效率的平衡問(wèn)題。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展、金融市場(chǎng)化的持續(xù)推進(jìn),給支付清算體系帶來(lái)了前所未有的巨大沖擊,并且逐漸從金融后臺(tái)走向中前臺(tái),與公眾切身利益更加密切相關(guān)。在一個(gè)蓬勃發(fā)展、生命力涌動(dòng)并且躁動(dòng)的支付市場(chǎng)上,各方出現(xiàn)利益訴求的差異,并不讓人感到奇怪。然而需要看到的是,近期各方爭(zhēng)議的落腳點(diǎn),實(shí)際上是如何判斷支付清
[Abstract]:Recently, the issue of third-party payments has caused widespread debate. The focus of the discussion is the balance between risk and efficiency. With the rapid development of Internet information technology and the continuous promotion of financial marketization, the payment and settlement system has brought an unprecedented impact, and gradually from the financial background to the foreground, more closely related to the vital interests of the public. In a booming, vibrant and restless payment market, it is not surprising that interest demands differ. What needs to be seen, however, is how to judge the settlement of the recent controversy.
