【摘要】:本文的初衷在于運用戰(zhàn)略管理、財務(wù)管理等管理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的知識,研究聯(lián)通公司的資本運營戰(zhàn)略。 電信運營行業(yè)具有獨特性,既具有集資金密集型與技術(shù)密集型與一身,具有要求適度超前的發(fā)展速度和建設(shè)規(guī)模的特點。因此電信運營企業(yè)需要大量的資金作后盾。本文希望為聯(lián)通公司充分運用資本運營手段盡快做大做強企業(yè)、躋身世界強手之林做一些探索。 首先,本文分析中國電信運營業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境,通過中國電信運營業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境、現(xiàn)狀和前景的闡述,以期對聯(lián)通公司發(fā)展所依賴的宏觀背景具備清晰的認識;本世紀初,國內(nèi)電信運營企業(yè)資本運營掀起浪潮,,紛紛進行資本運作,或在境外上市、或發(fā)行債券,為企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大募集資金。隨著電信業(yè)的全面運營的開放,中國的電信運營企業(yè)已經(jīng)在國際和國內(nèi)兩個資本市場上展開了激烈的角逐. 其次,本文運用波特模型分析法對產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境進行分析,運用SWOT分析法分析聯(lián)通公司的競爭優(yōu)勢和劣勢,預(yù)測將來面臨的機會和可能出現(xiàn)的威脅。針對聯(lián)通公司的競爭地位和市場現(xiàn)狀,分析聯(lián)通公司可以選擇的資本運營方式,提出了相應(yīng)的資本運營戰(zhàn)略。 本文認為聯(lián)通公司今后的資本運營應(yīng)采取適度多元化戰(zhàn)略,通過各種資本運營方式的運用,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標。具體戰(zhàn)略可采取:第一、廣泛進行戰(zhàn)略同盟地合作;第二、積極進行資本并購。
[Abstract]:The original intention of this paper is to study the capital operation strategy of Unicom by using the knowledge of management such as strategic management, financial management and so on.The telecom operation industry is unique, it has the characteristics of capital intensive and technology intensive, and the development speed and construction scale should be moderately advanced.As a result, telecom operators need a large amount of capital to back up.This paper hopes to make some exploration for Unicom to make full use of the means of capital operation to become a bigger and stronger enterprise and to become a strong hand in the world as soon as possible.First of all, this paper analyzes the macro environment of China telecom business, through the development environment, the current situation and the prospect of the development of China Telecom, hoping to have a clear understanding of the macro background on which the development of China Unicom depends; at the beginning of this century,The capital operation of domestic telecom operators has raised a wave of capital operation, or listed overseas, or issued bonds to raise funds for the development and growth of enterprises.With the opening of telecom industry, Chinese telecom operators have launched fierce competition in both international and domestic capital markets.Secondly, this paper uses Porter model analysis to analyze the industrial environment, and SWOT analysis to analyze the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Unicom, to predict the opportunities and possible threats in the future.According to the competitive position and market status of Unicom, this paper analyzes the capital operation mode that Unicom can choose, and puts forward the corresponding capital operation strategy.This paper holds that China Unicom should adopt a moderate diversification strategy in the future capital operation and realize the strategic goal of the enterprise through the use of various capital operation modes.Specific strategy can be taken: first, carry out strategic alliance cooperation; second, actively carry out capital mergers and acquisitions.
