【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)是改變傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的重要手段,是一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和綜合實(shí)力的重要標(biāo)志。面對(duì)激烈的國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),四川省必須明確自身農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),與先進(jìn)、尖端的信息技術(shù)同步,才能在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,實(shí)現(xiàn)四川農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越式發(fā)展。采用SWTO模型對(duì)新形勢(shì)下四川省農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析。明確了四川農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、服務(wù)體系、專(zhuān)家決策系統(tǒng)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),在精準(zhǔn)農(nóng)業(yè)、綜合人才建設(shè)方面的主要障礙。提出了促進(jìn)四川農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策措施。
[Abstract]:Agricultural information technology is an important means to change traditional agriculture, is an important symbol of agricultural modernization and comprehensive strength of a country or region. In order to remain invincible in the competition, Sichuan must make clear its advantages and disadvantages in the development of agricultural information technology and keep pace with advanced and cutting-edge information technology. This paper analyzes the development of agricultural information technology in Sichuan province under the new situation by using SWTO model, and clarifies the construction and service system of agricultural information technology in Sichuan province. The advantage of expert decision system is the main obstacle in the construction of precision agriculture and comprehensive talents. The countermeasures and measures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Sichuan agricultural information technology are put forward.
