【摘要】：湖北省作為中部地區(qū)的“龍頭”,在中部乃至全國的經濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中都占據(jù)重要地位,可以說是中國經濟轉型發(fā)展的“脊梁”所在。近年來,湖北省通過努力在經濟發(fā)展上已經取得了一定的成就,但是作為中部增長極,湖北省的經濟實力與沿海增長極點浙江、江蘇、廣東等省份的差距依然明顯。特別是在提高全省整體發(fā)展水平和經濟輻射能力方面,湖北省還有待加強。湖北省的經濟過度向武漢集中,中心地區(qū)與外圍地區(qū)經濟差異較大,這種區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展差異過大的問題,難免會在很大程度上阻礙經濟的市場化進程,也會影響區(qū)域經濟的協(xié)調發(fā)展和本區(qū)域土地利用總體規(guī)劃的科學編制和實施。因此研究湖北省的經濟差距和經濟發(fā)展影響因素,對于湖北省、中部地區(qū)乃至全國的經濟發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文通過基尼系數(shù)、泰爾指數(shù)及B收斂等指數(shù)分析了湖北省縣域人均GDP差異及其變動趨勢,然后利用空間自相關分析及空間面板計量回歸方法分析了影響湖北省人均GDP差異的成因及影響方式,并從產業(yè)結構的角度加以解釋。最后,文章結合武漢市和湖北省在中部的定位,為今后一段時期湖北省的發(fā)展方向提出建議。
[Abstract]:Hubei Province, as the "leader" of the central region, occupies an important position in the economic development strategy of the central region and even the whole country, which can be said to be the backbone of the economic transformation and development of China. In recent years, Hubei Province has made some achievements in economic development through efforts, but as the central growth pole, the economic strength of Hubei Province and coastal growth poles Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong and other provinces still have a clear gap. Especially in improving the province's overall development level and economic radiation capacity, Hubei Province needs to be strengthened. The economy of Hubei Province is excessively concentrated in Wuhan, and the economic differences between the central region and the peripheral areas are quite large. This kind of problem of excessive regional economic development will inevitably hinder the marketization process of the economy to a large extent. It will also affect the coordinated development of regional economy and the scientific preparation and implementation of regional land use master plan. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the economic gap and the influencing factors of economic development in Hubei Province, the central region and even the whole country. Based on Gini coefficient, Thiel index and B-convergence index, this paper analyzes the differences and trends of GDP per capita in counties in Hubei Province. Then, by using spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial panel econometric regression method, this paper analyzes the causes and ways of influencing the per capita GDP difference in Hubei Province, and explains it from the perspective of industrial structure. Finally, according to the position of Wuhan City and Hubei Province in the central part, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development direction of Hubei Province.
