【摘要】：灣區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)既是拉動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的強(qiáng)大引擎,也是一國競爭實(shí)力的豪華名片。全球著名的三大灣區(qū)即紐約灣區(qū)、舊金山灣區(qū)和東京灣區(qū)不僅地理位置優(yōu)越和排列著強(qiáng)大港口群與都市群,而且具有健全的創(chuàng)新體系與高效的交通系統(tǒng)以及完善的分工協(xié)作治理機(jī)制。作為世界灣區(qū)的"第四極",粵港澳大灣區(qū)具有得天獨(dú)厚的自然生態(tài)與產(chǎn)業(yè)厚度,同時(shí)面向廣袤腹地可以釋放聚集外溢效應(yīng),在學(xué)習(xí)國際著名灣區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí),更應(yīng)注重彰顯中國特色。
[Abstract]:Bay area economy is not only the powerful engine of regional economy, but also the luxury card of a country's competitive power. The three famous Bay areas in the world, the Bay area of New York, the Bay area of San Francisco and the Bay area of Tokyo, are not only geographically superior and are lined with powerful port and metropolitan groups. And has the perfect innovation system and the high-efficiency transportation system as well as the perfect division of labor cooperation management mechanism. As the "fourth pole" of the world's Bay area, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area has a unique natural ecological and industrial thickness. At the same time, facing the vast hinterland, it can release the accumulation spillover effect and learn from the successful economic experience of the international famous Bay area. More attention should be paid to highlight Chinese characteristics.
