【摘要】：新經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論的研究表明,人力資本已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要因素,而教育投資是開(kāi)發(fā)人力資本的主要方式和基本途徑。目前,湖北省正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展階段,理清教育投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系,推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,顯得尤為重要。 本文研究的問(wèn)題是教育投資對(duì)湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率,研究的理論基礎(chǔ)是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論和教育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。筆者將通過(guò)定性和定量相結(jié)合的研究方法,將教育投資作為內(nèi)生性因素,分析其在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的貢獻(xiàn)程度和作用機(jī)制。 本文首先綜述了關(guān)于教育投資的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,其次系統(tǒng)的介紹了教育投資和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的相互作用機(jī)制,為后面的計(jì)量分析建立了理論基礎(chǔ),其次,通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒和湖北省教育年鑒相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的整理,對(duì)湖北省教育投資的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了整理,最后運(yùn)用計(jì)量模型回歸分析了教育投資對(duì)湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn),并且運(yùn)用生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型更深入的分析了不同層次的教育投資對(duì)湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn),得出公共教育投資目前仍對(duì)湖北經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有促進(jìn)作用,并且促進(jìn)作用是顯著的,除此之外,中職中等學(xué)校對(duì)湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)作用最明顯。 研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)了湖北省的教育投資產(chǎn)出彈性低于資本和勞動(dòng)力,并且在1996年-2012年的近二十年時(shí)間里,中職教育對(duì)湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)最大。在此研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)照湖北省教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,筆者提出了調(diào)整教育投資重心,更加重視中職技術(shù)教育,優(yōu)化就業(yè)環(huán)境,留住高科技人才等發(fā)展相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The study of the theory of new economic growth shows that human capital has become an important factor in economic growth, and education investment is the main way and basic way to develop human capital. At present, Hubei is in the stage of rapid economic development. It is particularly important to clarify the relationship between educational investment and economic growth and promote the sustainable development of economy.
The problem of this paper is the contribution rate of education investment to the economic growth of Hubei province. The theoretical basis of the study is economic growth theory and education economics. The author will analyze the contribution and mechanism of education investment as an endogenous factor through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
This paper first summarizes the research status of education investment at home and abroad. Secondly, it introduces the interaction mechanism of education investment and economic growth, and establishes the theoretical basis for the later econometric analysis. Secondly, through the arrangement of the relevant data of China's statistical yearbook and Hubei educational Yearbook, the present situation of Education investment in Hubei province is advanced. Finally, we use the econometric model to analyze the contribution of education investment to the economic growth of Hubei Province, and use the production function model to further analyze the contribution of different levels of education investment to the economic growth of Hubei province. It is concluded that the public education investment still has a promoting effect on the economic growth of Hubei and promotes the development of the economic growth. In addition, secondary vocational schools play a most significant role in promoting Hubei's economic growth.
The study also found that the elasticity of educational investment output in Hubei was lower than that of capital and labor, and the contribution of secondary vocational education to the economic growth of Hubei province was the greatest in the last twenty years of the 1996 -2012. On the basis of this research conclusion, the author put forward the emphasis on the adjustment of education investment in contrast to the current situation of education development in Hubei province. We should develop secondary vocational technical education, optimize the employment environment and retain high-tech talents.
