技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)技術集成的產品化創(chuàng)新路徑研究

【摘要】:目前我國的經濟發(fā)展面臨著嚴峻的轉型升級任務,在這個過程,還處于創(chuàng)業(yè)階段的科技型中小企業(yè)----技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)是促進經濟增長方式轉變和實現產業(yè)結構調整的重要動力,也是提升國家自主創(chuàng)新能力和推動區(qū)域經濟繁榮發(fā)展的主力軍。面臨復雜多變的競爭環(huán)境和不斷涌現的非連續(xù)技術變化,技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的原始創(chuàng)新能力、關鍵技術攻關能力仍然比較薄弱,原有的技術創(chuàng)新方式已經不能適應其技術創(chuàng)新的需要,技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)急需新的技術創(chuàng)新方式----技術集成創(chuàng)新來提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力,通過技術集成再創(chuàng)新,形成產品產業(yè)化。 如何實現技術集成創(chuàng)新?這就成為當今國內外企業(yè)普遍關注和致力于解決的難題,所以迫切需要通過對技術集成的產品化創(chuàng)新全過程進行系統(tǒng)集成化管理來尋求其最佳創(chuàng)新路徑,以期在一定程度上解決技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中面臨的如何有效地將各技術要素有機融合轉化為現實產品及生產力,如何進行技術的集成創(chuàng)新以及提高技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的產品化能力,以對我國技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)技術集成的產品化創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據和實踐指導。 本文首先對國內外關于技術集成創(chuàng)新和技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的相關理論及研究現狀進行分析,充分了解了技術集成創(chuàng)新提出的背景和技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的性質及特點,探討了目前技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)技術集成創(chuàng)新研究中的動態(tài)現狀,明確本文的研究問題,界定了本文中技術創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)、技術集成創(chuàng)新模式和技術集成、產品化及路徑等相關概念,在綜合分析基礎上提出了“技術開發(fā)—技術集成—產品化”三階段模型的技術集成產品化創(chuàng)新模式,并根據該創(chuàng)新模式提出以“集成—開發(fā)—集成”為循環(huán)的技術集成的產品化創(chuàng)新動態(tài)發(fā)展路徑,探討了技術集成的產品化創(chuàng)新路徑的發(fā)展規(guī)律,提出突破型、標準型和躍遷型三種技術集成創(chuàng)新路徑,同時對該動態(tài)路徑的優(yōu)化選擇提出了評價和選擇體系----產品化創(chuàng)新路徑的過程績效指標體系和產出績效指標體系,其中:過程績效用以評價及選擇企業(yè)集成中的技術要素,包括市場需求分析、技術評估、技術選擇和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力績效四個指標;產出績效用以評價企業(yè)所選路徑的合理性,包括即技術產出、經濟產出和市場產出三個指標,技術集成產品化創(chuàng)新路徑績效是技術集成產品化創(chuàng)新路徑的重要組成部分。本文最后通過對昆明某有色金屬冶煉設備設計企業(yè)的三個銅電解陽極整形機組項目進行案例分析,闡述企業(yè)如何通過選擇不同的技術來選擇不同的技術集成創(chuàng)新路徑,以及利用產出績效來評價所選路徑的合理性。
[Abstract]:At present, the economic development of our country is facing a severe task of transformation and upgrading. In this process, the technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, which are still in the stage of entrepreneurship, are the important driving forces to promote the transformation of the mode of economic growth and to realize the adjustment of the industrial structure. It is also the main force to promote the national independent innovation ability and promote the regional economic prosperity and development. In the face of complex and changeable competitive environment and continuous discontinuous technological changes, the original innovation ability of technological start-ups and the ability of key technologies to tackle key problems are still relatively weak. The original way of technological innovation can no longer meet the needs of technological innovation, and the technological entrepreneurial enterprises urgently need a new way of technological innovation-technological integration innovation to improve the ability of enterprise innovation, through the technology integration to innovate again, to form the product industrialization. How to realize the innovation of technology integration? This has become a difficult problem that enterprises at home and abroad pay close attention to and work to solve. Therefore, it is urgent to seek the best innovation path through the systematic integration management of the whole process of technology integration. In order to solve the problem of how to effectively integrate various technological elements into real products and productivity in the process of development, In order to provide some theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of technological integration innovation in China, how to carry out the technology integration innovation and improve the production ability of the technology start-up enterprises. In this paper, we first analyze the relevant theories and research status of technology integration innovation and technology start-ups at home and abroad, and fully understand the background of technology integration innovation and the nature and characteristics of technology start-ups. This paper probes into the dynamic situation of the technology integration innovation research in the technology start-up enterprises, clarifies the research problems in this paper, and defines the related concepts of the technology start-up enterprise, the technology integration innovation mode and the technology integration, the production and the path, etc. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, a three-stage model of "technology development, technology integration and production" is put forward, and the innovation mode of technology integration and production is put forward. According to the innovation mode, the dynamic development path of product innovation based on "integration, development and integration" is put forward, and the rule of development of product innovation path of technology integration is discussed, and the breakthrough type is put forward. There are three integrated innovation paths of standard type and transition type. At the same time, the process performance index system and the output performance index system of evaluating and selecting the dynamic path are put forward, which are the process performance index system and the output performance index system. Process performance is used to evaluate and select the technical elements in enterprise integration, including market demand analysis, technology evaluation, technology selection and enterprise innovation capability performance, and output performance is used to evaluate the rationality of the chosen path. It includes three indexes: technical output, economic output and market output. The performance of technological integration product innovation path is an important part of technology integration product innovation path. Finally, through the case analysis of three copper electrolytic anode shaping unit projects in a non-ferrous metal smelting equipment design enterprise in Kunming, this paper expounds how enterprises choose different technology integration innovation paths by selecting different technologies. And using output performance to evaluate the rationality of the chosen path.
