【摘要】：當今世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的兩大趨勢是經(jīng)濟全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化。在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化的推動下,各國、各地區(qū)以區(qū)域旅游合作為突破口,充分發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢,提高區(qū)域旅游競爭力、提升區(qū)域旅游影響力,以此實現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化的更深層次發(fā)展。圖們江區(qū)域國際合作是在聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署(UNDP)的積極倡導并大力支持下,我國政府和周邊國家共同參與和推進的國際合作開發(fā)項目。經(jīng)過二十多年的發(fā)展歷程,圖們江區(qū)域合作開發(fā)在通道建設、吸引投資、擴大旅游和對外貿易等領域取得了極大的成就和實質性進展。圖們江三角洲區(qū)域是由發(fā)源于長白山的圖們江在下游地區(qū)沖擊形成的中國敬信、俄羅斯哈桑和朝鮮豆?jié)M江三大區(qū)域板塊構成,位于東北亞的地理幾何中心,是相關國家開展國際交流與合作的核心區(qū)域。共處于圖們江三角洲區(qū)域的中國、俄羅斯、朝鮮,地理位置接近,經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系緊密,旅游市場活躍,旅游資源互補性強,在該區(qū)域開展國際旅游合作潛力巨大,前景廣闊。加快推進圖們江三角洲國際旅游合作對于促進國際區(qū)域旅游交流合作、推動區(qū)域經(jīng)貿發(fā)展、帶動長吉圖開發(fā)開放、繁榮邊境經(jīng)濟等方面具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。本文通過對圖們江區(qū)域國際旅游合作的發(fā)展概況及發(fā)展形勢分析,結合當前國際、國內發(fā)展形勢,借鑒相關區(qū)域國際旅游合作模式及經(jīng)驗,研究開展圖們江三角洲國際旅游合作的模式。對圖們江三角洲國際旅游合作的基礎環(huán)境、區(qū)域范圍及目標、階段性建設內容進行了分析,提出了圖們江三角洲國際旅游的合作建議。
[Abstract]:Two trends in the development of the world economy is the economic globalization and regional economic integration. Countries in promoting regional economic integration, and the area in the regional tourism cooperation as a breakthrough point, give full play to the advantages, improve the competitiveness of regional tourism, promote the regional tourism influence and deeper development in order to achieve regional economic integration. The Tumen river area cooperation in the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) by actively and vigorously support, the government of our country and neighboring countries to participate in and promote the development of international cooperation projects. After more than 20 years of development history, the Tumen River regional cooperation development to attract investment in the channel construction, the expansion of tourism and foreign trade and other areas of progress great achievements and substantial. The Tumen River Delta region is originated in the Changbai Mountain Tumen River in the downstream area formed by the impact of Chinese Jingxin, Russia Ross Hassan and the North Douman River in three big areas, geographically located in the geometric center of Northeast Asia, is the core area of the relevant countries to carry out international exchanges and cooperation. In the Tumen River Delta region China, Russia, North Korea, geographical proximity, economic ties, tourism market, tourism resources are highly complementary in the huge potential of regional development, international tourism cooperation has broad prospects. To accelerate the Tumen River Delta international tourism cooperation to promote regional tourism cooperation in international exchanges, to promote regional economic development, promote the development of open Changjitu has great realistic significance for border economic prosperity and so on. This paper analyzes the development situation and development situation of the Tumen river area international tourism cooperation, combined with the current international and domestic development situation, from the relevant regional cooperation model of international tourism and experience, to carry out research on the Tumen River The mode of international tourism cooperation in Delta area is analyzed. The basic environment, regional scope and objectives of the Tumen River Delta international tourism cooperation are analyzed, and the contents of the international tourism cooperation in Tumen River Delta are put forward.
