【摘要】:人類動(dòng)作以各種身體動(dòng)作作為基礎(chǔ),具有復(fù)雜性和多樣性,貫穿于人發(fā)展的始終,在個(gè)體發(fā)育的早期,動(dòng)作發(fā)展是監(jiān)測(cè)、評(píng)估、診斷個(gè)體身心發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的重要指標(biāo)。在倡導(dǎo)終身教育的背景下,對(duì)不同年齡群體動(dòng)作發(fā)展的研究,具有基礎(chǔ)性和實(shí)用意義。動(dòng)作發(fā)展領(lǐng)域最關(guān)注的是兒童時(shí)期,大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展是動(dòng)作發(fā)展中的一類,是個(gè)體動(dòng)作發(fā)展的重要組成,是各類感知覺(jué)動(dòng)作的基礎(chǔ),也是兒童時(shí)期最先發(fā)展起來(lái)的運(yùn)動(dòng)技能。兒童時(shí)期是大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期,他對(duì)于兒童的成長(zhǎng)至關(guān)重要。體育活動(dòng)是促進(jìn)人的動(dòng)作發(fā)展的重要手段,研究?jī)和拇蠹∪鈩?dòng)作發(fā)展,了解其大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,遵循兒童動(dòng)作發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律,從而更加科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)和安排體育課程內(nèi)容,這對(duì)于提高體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)兒童動(dòng)作和健康發(fā)展具有非常重要意義。本文運(yùn)用測(cè)試法,采用美國(guó)TGMD-2測(cè)試量表,對(duì)南京市240名6-8歲兒童的大肌肉動(dòng)作進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試,并結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、進(jìn)行分析,旨在了解南京市6-8歲兒童大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析不同年齡不同性別兒童大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。以及各年齡段、不同性別對(duì)各動(dòng)作掌握情況是否有差異。主要研究結(jié)論如下:1.南京市6-8歲兒童移動(dòng)能力好于對(duì)物體的控制能力。位移分測(cè)驗(yàn)中跑的動(dòng)作掌握相對(duì)最好,立定跳和單腳跳動(dòng)作掌握相對(duì)較差,物體控制分測(cè)驗(yàn)中原地拍球動(dòng)作較好,而擊球與接球動(dòng)作掌握相對(duì)較差。2.隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),兒童大肌肉運(yùn)動(dòng)能力得分均有所提高,位移分測(cè)驗(yàn)得分均高于物體控制分測(cè)驗(yàn)。只是隨年齡增長(zhǎng)兒童動(dòng)作發(fā)展的幅度和速率存在差別,呈波浪式增長(zhǎng)。位移分測(cè)驗(yàn)和物體控制分測(cè)驗(yàn)中6歲和7歲兒童表現(xiàn)出顯著性的差異,6歲與8歲的存在非常顯著性差異,7歲和8歲不存在顯著性差異.3.男生、女生的得分情況有所差異,男生對(duì)物體控制的能力高于女生,呈現(xiàn)顯著性差異,其中踢球和上手投球動(dòng)作得分男生遠(yuǎn)高于女生,存在顯著性差異,男女生位移動(dòng)作能力不存在顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Human actions are based on various body movements, which are complex and diverse, and run through the development of human beings. In the early stage of individual development, action development is an important index for monitoring, evaluating and diagnosing the state of individual physical and mental development. Under the background of advocating lifelong education, it is of fundamental and practical significance to study the movement development of different age groups. The development of large muscle movement is a kind of movement development, which is an important component of individual movement development, is the basis of all kinds of perceptual movements, and is also the first motor skills developed in childhood. Childhood is a critical period for the development of large muscle movements, and it is essential for the growth of children. Physical activity is an important means to promote the development of human movement. To study the development of children's big muscle movements, to understand the development of their big muscle movements, and to follow the objective law of children's movement development. Therefore, it is of great significance to guide and arrange the contents of physical education curriculum more scientifically, which is of great significance for improving the quality of physical education teaching and promoting the movement and healthy development of children. In this paper, the authors use the American TGMD-2 scale to test the large muscle movements of 240 children aged 6-8 in Nanjing, and combine the literature, video analysis, mathematical statistics, analysis. The aim of this study was to understand the development of large muscle movements in children aged 6-8 in Nanjing and to analyze the development of large muscle movements in children of different ages and sexes. And each age, different gender to each movement master the situation to have the difference. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Children aged 6-8 in Nanjing have better ability to move than to control objects. In the displacement subtest, the movement of running is the best, the action of standing jump and one foot jump is relatively poor, the original ground patting action is better in the object control subtest, and the mastering of batting and catching action is relatively poor. 2. With the increase of age, the scores of large muscle motor ability of children were improved, and the scores of displacement subtest were higher than those of object control subtest. However, the range and rate of children's movement development varied with age, and increased in wave style. There was significant difference between 6 and 7 years old children in displacement subtest and object control subtest. There was very significant difference between 6 years old and 8 years old. There was no significant difference between 7 years old and 8 years old. The scores of boys and girls were different, the ability of boys to control objects was higher than that of girls, and the scores of kickball and upper hand pitching were significantly higher in boys than in girls, and there was significant difference between boys and girls. There was no significant difference in displacement ability between male and female students.
