幼兒園教師專業(yè)生活的個(gè)案研究

【摘要】: 本研究是關(guān)于幼兒園教師專業(yè)生活的個(gè)案研究,采用了質(zhì)的研究方法,,選擇一名幼兒園教師作為個(gè)案研究對(duì)象。在對(duì)該教師的專業(yè)生活史進(jìn)行深描的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)影響其專業(yè)發(fā)展的因素作出比較全面和深入的分析,尤其注重個(gè)體在與環(huán)境互動(dòng)過程中的專業(yè)發(fā)展。 根據(jù)對(duì)原始資料的分析,研究者將研究對(duì)象的專業(yè)發(fā)展歷程分為職前教育、入職與適應(yīng)、成熟與勝任、轉(zhuǎn)換與徘徊、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與管理五個(gè)階段,對(duì)該教師的專業(yè)生活做了全面與深入的描述,完整的呈現(xiàn)了一名幼兒園教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷。 研究者從個(gè)人特質(zhì)和個(gè)人與環(huán)境的相互影響兩個(gè)角度,探討該教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的主要影響因素。首先,研究者分析了研究對(duì)象在專業(yè)生活的兩個(gè)層次——個(gè)人主導(dǎo)的專業(yè)發(fā)展和與他人和環(huán)境的互動(dòng)中的專業(yè)發(fā)展——中體現(xiàn)出的個(gè)體特質(zhì);其次,研究者從個(gè)體與環(huán)境相互作用的視角分析了其專業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的影響因素。研究者將該教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)概括為:在順境中積極進(jìn)取,在逆境中堅(jiān)持自我,在得到發(fā)展平臺(tái)時(shí)熱情創(chuàng)造,強(qiáng)烈的自我發(fā)展意識(shí)貫穿始終。 最后,研究者從研究效度和倫理道德問題、研究結(jié)果和研究的不足之處等方面對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行了反思。
[Abstract]:This study is a case study of kindergarten teachers' professional life. On the basis of a deep description of the teacher's professional life history, this paper makes a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the professional development of the teacher, especially pays attention to the professional development of the individual in the process of interaction with the environment. Based on the analysis of the original data, the researcher divides the subjects' professional development process into five stages: pre-service education, entry and adaptation, maturity and competence, transformation and hovering, leadership and management. The professional life of the teacher is described in a comprehensive and deep way, which presents the professional development experience of a kindergarten teacher. From the perspective of personal characteristics and the interaction between individual and environment, the researcher discusses the main influencing factors of the teacher's professional development. First, the researchers analyzed the individual characteristics of the subjects in the two levels of professional life-personal professional development and professional development in interaction with others and the environment. From the perspective of the interaction between individual and environment, the researchers analyzed the influencing factors in the process of professional development. The researcher summed up the teacher's professional development as: positive progress in prosperity, persistence in adversity, enthusiastic creation in getting the development platform, strong sense of self-development throughout the whole process. Finally, the researcher reflects on this research from the aspects of validity and ethics, research results and shortcomings.
