【摘要】：世界部分教育發(fā)達國家為提高學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量,已構(gòu)建了較為完善的學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量保障體系。借鑒發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)驗與做法,結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國學(xué)前教育改革與發(fā)展的特點與趨向,在構(gòu)建我國學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量保障體系時,建議采取如下措施:制定統(tǒng)一的學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn);建立科學(xué)的學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量評估指標(biāo)體系;構(gòu)建以提高質(zhì)量為目的的學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量政府監(jiān)管體系;構(gòu)建內(nèi)外結(jié)合,以內(nèi)為主的學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量評估機制;建立完善的幼兒教師質(zhì)量保障體系;構(gòu)建和諧的家園合作共同體。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of preschool education, some developed countries in the world have constructed a relatively perfect system of ensuring the quality of preschool education. Drawing lessons from the experiences and practices of developed countries and regions, combining with the characteristics and trends of the reform and development of preschool education in China, this paper constructs the quality assurance system of preschool education in China. It is suggested that the following measures should be taken: to establish a unified national standard for the quality of preschool education; to establish a scientific evaluation index system for the quality of preschool education; to establish a governmental supervision system for the quality of preschool education aimed at improving the quality; to establish a combination of internal and external education; Internal preschool education quality evaluation mechanism; establish a perfect early childhood teacher quality assurance system; build a harmonious home cooperation community.
