【摘要】:五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃窃谖覈(guó)幼兒教師教育體系從三級(jí)師范向二級(jí)師范過(guò)渡的背景下,由三年制中等幼兒師范學(xué)校轉(zhuǎn)型而來(lái),招收初中畢業(yè)生并對(duì)其進(jìn)行五年一貫制培養(yǎng)的幼兒教師教育模式。這種模式從1987年上海幼兒師范學(xué)校升格為上海幼兒師范高等?茖W(xué)校開始拉開了探索的帷幕,由于發(fā)展時(shí)間短,處于轉(zhuǎn)型期,在高等教育大眾化和開放的教師教育體系背景下面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。專業(yè)教材的選用是影響五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃龣C(jī)構(gòu)教育教學(xué)和人才培養(yǎng)、亟須解決的關(guān)鍵性因素。本研究順應(yīng)我國(guó)大力發(fā)展學(xué)前教育事業(yè)的趨勢(shì),緊扣我國(guó)幼兒教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)化發(fā)展的背景,主要采用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法,對(duì)五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃龑I(yè)教材的選用進(jìn)行了初步的研究。 本論文主要分為三大部分: 第一部分:理論探究——本研究主要從人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和規(guī)格、教材選用的原則要求、《幼兒園教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(試行)框架內(nèi)幼兒教師專業(yè)能力、幼兒教師專業(yè)能力對(duì)五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃龑I(yè)教材提出的專業(yè)訴求四個(gè)方面闡述了五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃龣C(jī)構(gòu)“選”專業(yè)教材的理論依據(jù); 第二部分:現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查——以重慶市、四川地區(qū)三所五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃龣C(jī)構(gòu)為對(duì)象,并對(duì)其《學(xué)前教育學(xué)》《學(xué)前心理學(xué)》《學(xué)前衛(wèi)生學(xué)》《幼兒園活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)與指導(dǎo)》教材的選、用情況進(jìn)行了訪談?wù){(diào)查。同時(shí),分別從選、用兩方面對(duì)其現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,并從國(guó)家相關(guān)教育主管部門和五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃龣C(jī)構(gòu)兩個(gè)層面進(jìn)行了成因分析; 第三部分:思考與建議——根據(jù)上述重慶市、四川地區(qū)五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃龑I(yè)教材選用存在的問題,在第一部分理論探究的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)加強(qiáng)五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃龑I(yè)教材選用進(jìn)行了總體性的理論思考,并從國(guó)家和院校兩個(gè)層面對(duì)五年一貫制學(xué)前?平逃龣C(jī)構(gòu)專業(yè)教材選用提出了具體的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the transition of our preschool teacher education system from the three-level normal school to the second-level normal school, the 5-year pre-primary education has been transformed from the 3-year secondary normal school to the secondary normal school. The model of recruiting junior middle school graduates and training them in a five-year system. This model began to explore from 1987 when shanghai preschool normal school was upgraded to shanghai normal school. The curtain. Because the development time is short, is in the transition period. Under the background of the popularization of higher education and the opening of teacher education system, the choice of professional teaching materials is to influence the education, teaching and talent training of the five-year pre-primary education institutions. This research conforms to the trend of the development of preschool education in our country, closely follows the background of the professional development of preschool teachers in our country, mainly adopts the method of literature and interview. This paper makes a preliminary study on the selection of five-year pre-primary education teaching materials. This thesis is divided into three parts: The first part: theoretical inquiry-this study mainly from the talent training goals and specifications, the principles of textbook selection requirements, "kindergarten teachers professional standards" (try out) within the framework of preschool teachers' professional competence. This paper expounds the theoretical basis of "selecting" specialized teaching materials for pre-school specialized education institutions in the five year system from four aspects: the professional ability of preschool teachers and the professional demands for the teaching materials of the pre-primary education major of the five year system; The second part: the present situation investigation-take Chongqing, Sichuan area three five year continuous system preschool specialized education institutions as the object. At the same time, the author made an interview investigation on the selection of the teaching materials of preschool education, preschool psychology, preschool hygiene, and the design and guidance of kindergarten activities. At the same time, the selection was carried out from the point of view of selection. This paper expounds its present situation from two aspects, and analyzes the causes of its formation from two aspects: the relevant education department of the country and the five-year pre-college education institution. Part three: thinking and suggestion-according to the above mentioned Chongqing, the problems in the selection of teaching materials for the five-year-through-five-year pre-college education major in Sichuan area. In the first part of the theoretical exploration on the basis of the strengthening of the five-year system of pre-college education teaching material selection for a total of theoretical thinking. At the same time, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the selection of teaching materials for the five-year pre-college education institutions from the two aspects of the state and the colleges.
