影響幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的幼兒園環(huán)境因素之研究

【摘要】: 順應(yīng)時代對教師素質(zhì)提高的要求,關(guān)于教師及其發(fā)展的研究受到前所未有的重視和關(guān)注。其中,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展及其促進是近年來教師教育關(guān)注的重要問題。我國學界關(guān)于中小學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究比較多,而對于幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展研究的深度和廣度都不夠。 文獻分析結(jié)果顯示,影響教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的因素有多方面,學校環(huán)境是其中的重要因素之一,可目前國內(nèi)有關(guān)幼兒園環(huán)境影響幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究甚少。本文試圖彌補這方面的不足,主要分析幼兒園環(huán)境因素對幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,探討了幼兒園組織氛圍、幼兒園規(guī)章制度、教師文化、園長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風格和幼兒園支持系統(tǒng)對幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響權(quán)重和影響的路徑。 通過文獻研究和問卷調(diào)查后得出三個結(jié)論:其一,幼兒園環(huán)境對幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存有顯著的影響;其二,在幼兒園環(huán)境各因素中,組織氛圍對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響最大,其次是幼兒園規(guī)章制度的影響,教師文化的影響最小。而園長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風格和幼兒園支持系統(tǒng)對教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展沒有直接的影響。其三,幼兒園環(huán)境各因素之間存在著緊密的相互影響的關(guān)系,據(jù)此推斷,園長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風格和幼兒園支持系統(tǒng)通過作用于幼兒園組織氛圍、規(guī)章制度和教師文化而間接地影響到教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。本研究確信幼兒園環(huán)境會影響幼兒教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,加強幼兒園環(huán)境建設(shè),整合和優(yōu)化幼兒教師專業(yè)生活的具體環(huán)境,有利于化解不利的影響因素,能有效推動幼兒教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In line with the requirements of the times for the improvement of teachers' quality, the research on teachers and their development has received unprecedented attention and attention. Teacher professional development and its promotion is an important issue of teacher education in recent years. There are many researches on the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in China. However, the depth and breadth of the research on the professional development of preschool teachers are not enough. The results of literature analysis show that there are many factors that affect teachers' professional development, and the school environment is one of the important factors. However, there are few researches on the influence of kindergarten environment on the professional development of kindergarten teachers. This paper tries to make up for the deficiencies in this respect, and mainly analyzes the impact of kindergarten environmental factors on the professional development of kindergarten teachers. This paper discusses the influence of organizational atmosphere, rules and regulations, teacher culture, head leadership style and kindergarten support system on the professional development of kindergarten teachers. Through literature research and questionnaire survey, three conclusions are drawn: first, kindergarten environment has a significant impact on the professional development of kindergarten teachers; Secondly, among all the factors of kindergarten environment, organizational atmosphere has the greatest influence on teachers' professional development, followed by the influence of kindergarten rules and regulations. The teacher culture has the least influence. But the leadership style and the kindergarten support system have no direct influence on the teachers' professional development. Thirdly, there is a close relationship between the various factors of kindergarten environment. It is inferred that the leadership style of the head of the kindergarten and the kindergarten support system act on the organizational atmosphere of the kindergarten. Rules and regulations and teacher culture indirectly affect the professional development of teachers. This study is convinced that kindergarten environment will affect the professional development of kindergarten teachers and strengthen the construction of kindergarten environment. Integrating and optimizing the specific environment of preschool teachers' professional life will help to resolve the unfavorable factors and promote the professional development of preschool teachers.
