大學(xué)生心理健康與歸因方式、主觀幸福感的相關(guān)關(guān)系及干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:本研究以大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用心理健康自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)、總體幸福感量表(GWB)、多維度-多歸因因果量表(MMCS)三個(gè)量表,對(duì)大學(xué)生的心理健康水平現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并進(jìn)一步分析了歸因方式、主觀幸福感與大學(xué)生心理健康水平之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系及預(yù)測(cè)關(guān)系,在數(shù)據(jù)研究的基本上對(duì)心理健康水平后27%的部分被試進(jìn)行了OB干預(yù)研究,,研究結(jié)果如下: (1)大學(xué)生心理健康水平現(xiàn)狀如下:大學(xué)生心理健康水顯著低于全國(guó)常模水平;大學(xué)生在性別比較中差異不顯著;不同年級(jí)的大學(xué)生在心理健康水平的“人際敏感因子”上存在差異;不同專業(yè)的大學(xué)生在心理健康水平的“焦慮”因子上存在差異;不同生源地的大學(xué)生在心理健康水平上沒(méi)有顯示出差異;獨(dú)生子大學(xué)生與非獨(dú)生子大學(xué)生在“人際敏感”和“敵對(duì)”因子上存在差異。 (2)大學(xué)生歸因方式、主觀幸福感與心理健康的相關(guān)分析結(jié)果如下: 大學(xué)生歸因方式中的“情境歸因”、“運(yùn)氣歸因”、“能力歸因”、“成功歸因”與SCL-90都存在顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系; 大學(xué)生主觀幸福感量表的“對(duì)生活的滿足和興趣”、“憂郁或愉快的心境”、“松弛與緊張”因子項(xiàng)得分與SCL-90量表的“焦慮”、“敵對(duì)”、“恐怖”、“人際敏感”存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān); 主觀幸福感量表的總分與SCL-90總均分存在正相關(guān); 歸因方式對(duì)心理健康具有非常顯著的預(yù)測(cè)作用。 (3)OB干預(yù)研究結(jié)果如下: 實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組前測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)差異不顯著;實(shí)驗(yàn)組前測(cè)與后測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)差異顯著;對(duì)照組前測(cè)與后測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)差異不顯著;實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組的后測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)差異顯著。說(shuō)明OB對(duì)大學(xué)生心理健康水平的干預(yù)有效。
[Abstract]:In this study, the mental health status of college students was investigated by using three scales: mental Health Self-Rating scale (SCL-90) and General Well-being scale (GWB),) multi-dimensional-multi-attribution causality scale (MMCS). Furthermore, the correlation and prediction between attribution style, subjective well-being and mental health level of college students were analyzed. OB intervention was carried out on 27% of the subjects after the data study. The results are as follows: (1) the present situation of college students' mental health level is as follows: the level of mental health water of college students is significantly lower than the national norm level, the difference of university students in gender comparison is not significant; There are differences in "interpersonal sensitivity factors" in mental health level among different grade students, differences in "anxiety" factors in mental health level among students with different majors. There was no difference in the level of mental health between the students from different places, and there were differences in interpersonal sensitivity and hostility between the only child students and the non-only child students. (2) the attribution style of college students. The results of correlation analysis of subjective well-being and mental health are as follows: "situational attribution", "luck attribution", "ability attribution" and "success attribution" in college students' attributional styles are all significantly related to SCL-90; The scores of subjective Well-being scale (SWB) of college students "satisfaction and interest in life", "melancholy or happy mood", "relaxation and tension" and "anxiety", "hostility", "terror" of SCL-90 scale, There was a significant negative correlation between interpersonal sensitivity and the total score of subjective Well-Being scale and the total average score of SCL-90. Attribution style has a very significant predictive effect on mental health. (3) the results of OB intervention study are as follows: there is no significant difference in pre-test data between experimental group and control group, and significant difference in pre-test and post-test data between experimental group and control group. There was no significant difference between pre-test and post-test data in control group, but significant difference between experimental group and control group. It shows that OB is effective to the mental health level of college students.
