【摘要】：英國的教育督導(dǎo)制度經(jīng)歷了從政府的"信息供應(yīng)源"到教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與質(zhì)量的"檢測(cè)器",再到使用者與受益者的"代言人"的職能演變過程。當(dāng)前其職能的新特征為:注重服務(wù)職能,為社會(huì)和家長(zhǎng)提供信息;加強(qiáng)問責(zé)職能,以督學(xué)為重心;凸顯優(yōu)化職能,強(qiáng)化學(xué)校自評(píng)。其職能嬗變的軌跡和當(dāng)下的新特征對(duì)完善我國的教育督導(dǎo)制度具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The educational supervision system in Britain has gone through the "information supply" from the government to the "detector" of education standards and quality, and then to the evolution process of the "spokesperson" of the users and beneficiaries. The new features of the current function are: paying attention to the service function, providing information for the society and parents, strengthening the accountability function, taking the supervision as the center of gravity, and highlighting the optimization. Strengthening the self evaluation of schools, the track of its functions and the new features at the moment are of great practical significance for perfecting our educational supervision system.
