保定市高級(jí)技工學(xué)校心理健康教育管理現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:本文以保定市高級(jí)技工學(xué)校心理健康教育管理現(xiàn)狀作為研究對(duì)象。通過對(duì)該校心理健康教育管理工作的實(shí)地調(diào)研,就該校如何做好心理健康教育工作提出了建設(shè)性意見。該研究對(duì)相關(guān)高專、職校的心理健康教育管理工作亦有一定的啟迪意義。 本文主要分為四個(gè)部分,在對(duì)學(xué)校基本狀況概述的基礎(chǔ)上,開展問卷調(diào)查和訪談,并對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,,之后在明確現(xiàn)存問題的基礎(chǔ)上,最終針對(duì)問題提出有效的對(duì)策并構(gòu)建了針對(duì)保定市高級(jí)技工學(xué)校心理健康教育管理工作的新型管理模式。本文主要運(yùn)用問卷分析法、調(diào)查訪談法以及文獻(xiàn)法,對(duì)保定市高級(jí)技工學(xué)校的心理健康教育管理工作進(jìn)行了問卷測(cè)評(píng),通過對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視度、師資分配比例、活動(dòng)場地與設(shè)施配備、教育過程、心理健康教育質(zhì)量的調(diào)查分析,揭示該校心理健康教育管理工作的現(xiàn)狀。同時(shí)基于對(duì)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層面、師資配比層面、場地和設(shè)施層面、教學(xué)過程層面、教學(xué)質(zhì)量層面現(xiàn)狀的了解,提出具有創(chuàng)新性、實(shí)效性的改進(jìn)策略,以期構(gòu)建保定市高級(jí)技工學(xué)校新型心理健康教育管理模式。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是:以調(diào)查問卷的方式,對(duì)保定市高級(jí)技工學(xué)校心理健康教育管理工作的現(xiàn)狀和工作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了細(xì)致、深入的調(diào)查,通過問卷調(diào)查和訪談得出科學(xué)的、客觀的,具體實(shí)效性研究對(duì)策,將新型心理健康教育管理模式運(yùn)用于實(shí)際工作中,促進(jìn)保定市高級(jí)技工學(xué)校以及相關(guān)院校心理健康教育向更高、更遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the present situation of mental health education management in Baoding Senior Technical School as the research object. This paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to do well the mental health education in this school. The research also has some enlightening significance for the management of mental health education in relevant colleges and vocational schools. This paper is divided into four parts, on the basis of the overview of the basic situation of the school, a questionnaire survey and interviews, and statistical analysis of the survey results, and then on the basis of clear existing problems, Finally, effective countermeasures are put forward and a new management mode of mental health education in Baoding senior technical school is constructed. This paper mainly uses questionnaire analysis, interview and literature. The management work of mental health education in Baoding senior technical school was assessed by questionnaire. Through the investigation and analysis of leadership attention, teacher allocation ratio, activity site and facilities, educational process, and quality of mental health education, the author made a survey and analysis on the management of mental health education in Baoding senior technical school. At the same time, based on the understanding of the school leadership level, teacher ratio level, site and facility level, teaching process level, teaching quality level, the author puts forward some innovative ideas, based on the analysis of the present situation of the school's mental health education management. In order to construct the new management mode of mental health education in Baoding senior technical school. The innovation of this paper is: by the way of questionnaire, the present situation and work status of mental health education management in Baoding senior technical school are investigated in detail and deeply, and scientific and objective are obtained through questionnaire survey and interview. In order to promote the development of mental health education in Baoding senior technical school and related colleges, the new management mode of mental health education should be applied to the practical work.
